Hotel Trofana Royal

Food was excellent. Very high quality and huge selection on the half-board plan. Extensive and fairly-priced wine list. Staff were a pleasure to interact with -- helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms clean and comfortable. Extensive spa facilities were great after a long day on the slopes. Location very convenient for the main Ischgl gondola. Overall, feels very traditional -- in the best sense of the word.

I loved every moment of my stay in Trofana Royal, friendly and courteous staff, awesome SPA facilities, ski room, room itself was wonderful. The chef and the breakfast/dinner menu was amazing, I could not believe how tasty everything was I didn't like the pillows, to soft, and they spread out to nothing, need more options for more firmer pillows

The Trofana is a beautiful and incredible hotel that is perfectly maintained with excellent staff. It was the best service I have ever received at a hotel. The rooms a spacious with amazing bathrooms and comfortable beds. All of the food at the Trofana Royal was excellent. I have never experienced better service than I experienced at the Trofana restaurant. It seemed that all you had to do was think of something and someone was there to make it happen. The restaurant staff was not only efficient, but they were all very friendly as well. Everyone also spoke good English. Very convenient ski lockers in the lower level with a ski rental shop right in the building, and a short walk to the lifts. It was very convenient.

It has a very cozy atmosphere, beautiful pools and spa, EXCELLENT quality of food, every night in the dining room was an event. The nightclub attached to the hotel the Trofana Alms is Incredibly loud till closing and then many many many drunks sit outside of the bar screaming till 5:00am….if sleep is important than you need to book elsewhere or get a guarantee that your suite will not be facing the night club. The police only came once in the 5 nights we were there. A Truly awful experience to what would have been a near perfect stay.

Great choice of freshly cooked dishes, cold cuts, salads, cheeses etc Slightly earlier start to breakfast time. Extend of dinner time to 9:30pm

Everything was amazing The door of one of our rooms faced the elevator hall. Because of this, it was quite noisy in the room even at night. Additionally, the carts used by the staff are also noisy.

The location is simply perfect. We enjoyed all the facilities including wellness, beautiful balcony with the view and the restaurant. All was in a top quality. All the staff was very nice and friendly. Only one moment was a bit disappointing, the manager of the restaurant asked my partner to change his clothes as it was not matching the dress code, which is perfectly ok, but he could have said it in a pleasant way with a smile. The way he did it made us feel like at school.
