First of all I was quite surprised in a good way by the very warm welcome from a very nice lady. This is pretty uncommon for Austria I would say, which is usually a colder country (from weather perspective, of course ?). The room is good enough and the breakfast was ok. In my opinion it deserves a better general rating (even if it is not bad anyway). -

The spa was extremely nice with several saunas, from traditional to steam sauna. Together with the excellent skiing and ski in 20 m this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hosts made the stay a very warm experience, helping with reserving restaurants. Everything was great, only thing was Perhaps that the schampoo wasn’t great and a conditioner could added to the fantastic spa department.
