The pool is small - you can't swim, there is a jacuzzi and water massage, but the water is cool The sauna politics prohibited bath suits..

Nice breakfast with various products; preparation of eggs by cook on personal choice. The coffee machine didn't offer cappuchino for 2 days on a row; the management wasn't able to fix the problem during these 2 days.

A wide variety of food for the Breakfast, everything was there ! and special thanks to the Egg station , that gives you a very luxurious feeling in the morning. I can't remember it !

1)The location is good. Close to the lift. 2) Anjia 3) Jasmine 1)The hotel is old. It's unmodern, not stylish at all. 2) the most of staff don't speak english. Even simple few words. Just few persons can speak. Thank you, Anjia, she helped us a lot. 3) I felt my self bad and my wife asked the cup of hot water. They reject to give hot water and after a long discussion just gave glass of tap water that wasn't hot enough. 4) SPA is small, uncomfortable. The shower in SPA is dangerous. A lot of empty holders of soap are sticking out of the wall and I hurt my self of one of them. There is high threshold near the showers and it's dangerous as well. 5) We booked room with mountain view. They gave us without. When I told them about it they were arguing. I asked them to show me even small part of mountain but they don't want because they understood that there is no view at all. You can see it on the photos. Thу manager offered another room but why to lie people about view, why I should spent my time and nervous to argue about clear things? 6) The price. It's very high. This price is absolutely unfair for what you get. I suppose it's because of location near the lift and Ishgle. There are a lot of hotels better than this and cheaper.

Staff are so helpful and jolly. The location is just perfect right at the bottom of the main gondola, opposite ski hire and supermarket and bars and restaurants and only a short stroll to the Centre of town. Although included we didn’t eat at the hotel as we met with friends in town each night but menu looked super and breakfast was lovely and just the nicest serving staff. Lovely little pool too! hot room but easy enough to open the balcony door. And scared of from using the sauna and steam as stated nude only, normal for the Austrian I believe but not for us prude brits!

Fantastic service! Attention to detail is great. The staff are very attentive, caring and it is not overwhelming. The room was super cozy, we enjoyed the food. A perfect stay. We could not find a kettle in our room to make some tea.

Perfect cuisine. Depo place for ski/snowboard in the hotel. Cozy bar with fireplace. 200m to ski lift. Very pleasant staff.

Very convenient location. Food was unexpectedly great. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Boot room was great with private lockers and boot heaters inside them Nothing much to complain about. However, if being picky we didn’t like that the sauna was strictly ‘no clothes’ , but appreciate that it is the norm in Austria.
