The hotel is a true gem that redefines alpine hospitality. The moment you step in, you're embraced by a warm, family-like atmosphere, thanks to the exceptional team led by the passionate host, Andreas Steibl. Their commitment to service is evident in every interaction, making guests feel genuinely valued and cared for. The hotel's location is AMAZING — just a few steps from the ski lift, placing you at the heart of Ischgl. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer great mountain views, providing a luxurious yet cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. Thank you very much , I'll sure be back ASAP.

We arrived there between the hours the reception should have been open to find noone. The person at the bar had no idea about the check-in implying we surely were at the wrong hotel. She was rude and yelled at us several times about where we parked the car (she twice told us where we should not park, it didn't even crossed her mind to tell us where we could actually park). We waited half an hour for the owner to come down from the slops to give us the keys - he literaly had his skying suit and boots on. The room we got was right above the bar, making it probably the loudest in the building. Other than the noise the room was ok, but this hotel is far from a 4-star hotel. Even if the reservation was in my name, the owner completely ignored me speaking English and exchanged only with my partner in German. I would never go back to this place. Horrible experience.

Perfectly nice and clean room. Unhelpful staff. I did NOT like the decor in the breakfast room. (However, if you like looking at your host with random minor celebrities, you might like it?)

Very helpful host, gave recommendations for the cable car to the top of the mountain.

Location very well next to ski-lift. All the rest was a bad experience. In short: Stay away! Quality of a business often depends on its ownership. In this case our stay was a bad experience. Besides being super unfriendly from the beginning, she tried to overcharge us. We left after 1 day. Detailed view; I called this hotel. The owner (Andrea?) quoted us a price around 'XXX euro' for 1 night to book directly with him. Then we checked booking.com, it was 35% cheaper. Easy decision, we gave him the chance to book direct, but he tried to make some extra money, so we booked on booking.com. At arrival there was an empty reception. The cleaning lady was helpful and showed the room, which was ready except 1 set of blankets. Then the owner showed up, it all turned the other way. She was complaining about us not booking on the phone. I tried to explain why, as we felt it was overcharging us without any reason. She was not listening at all to any of my arguments. Then she said the room was not ready for the next 5 hours. Room; Size fine, very old, mattresses were like concrete. While arriving again around midnight, the 5 'local people' in the bar were very loud, hearable 2 floors up in our room. #teamnosleep (we) tried to get some sleep anyway. Checkout; Again the owner was art reception, still unfriendly and now tried to double charge us parking. Booking.com terms said X amount per stay, she tried to charge us double, for each day. When politely addressing this, she asked us to never come back and showed her real personality finally as being very rude to her guests. We paid according to booking.com terms and left, never looked back. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER.
