Nothing This hotel is like scammers, they didn’t want to return 500€ for unused night! We booked 2 nights here, after first night we decide to move from there, because this hotel doesn’t match to description, there is nothing in the room except a bed, no kettle, no water, no coffee maker, no slippers, no heating (!) (when outside is -3), the breakfast is meager, everything would be fine if this hotel cost 100€, but for 500€ it doesn’t cost at all. Don’t recommend to stay here for this money.

The room was big to accommodate three people The staff was unpleasant, unwelcoming and rude at times. The front door of the hotel is closed most of the time-very unwelcoming. Staff socializing amongst themselves around the bar but not acknowledging the guests: no hello, no happy new year …. Nothing . First morning the entire cleaning staff negotiated loudly on loudspeaker, their working schedule and tasks; in front of quests in the breakfast area. The saunas do not work in the indicated times, although specifically reminding the staff, the room was not cleaned, Wi-Fi did not work properly, at breakfast coffee machine did not work for 45 minutes as the only staff member around, did not know how to get rid of the waste.
