Hotel Alpina

Clearly shows that it is a family enterprise - felt very warm and welcoming, good to see the staff having morning coffee together on arrival for breakfast. gave the place a great "feel". Staff were always happy to assist. Even the cleaning staff who did not speak English were super helpful within the limits possible! Fantastic sauna set-up for relaxing in the early evening. The inclusive breakfast was great, and evening meal standard was very high (but might benefit from a few more options if you wanted to dine there every day) Nil!

Rooms way TOO small as was bathroom

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and location just a minute's walk from the lift. As a family of four, very much enjoyed staying in a cozy two room suite. Next level ski and equipment storage. Arrived with EV and paid for parking spot in hotel garage, which is convenient, however, they could have included a one-time battery top up charge in the overall fee but instead charged an extra €25.

Super Nothing

Staff were very friendly and helpful. A very good restaurant and bar. A great location. I will stay here again on my next trip to Ischgl.

Staff & location Spa didn’t open until 4pm

Location close to the skiing lifts, good breakfast, nice personnel, clean and big room. I wish room would have had a bigger fridgerator, kettle to make coffee and a balcony. There were no pillow options either, only pillows were really soft and puffy ones, which I really have problems to sleep with.

Great hotel, with great facilities in a great location. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again. My only complaint would be people using mobile phones and generally being noisy in the spa. This is not the hotels fault as there is a sign on the door asking people not to. Maybe a bigger sign on the door and a few around the spa would help.

Family run business - they take care you their guests very well. Breakfast very good, location awesome, staff goes out of their way to please their guests!

Breakfast was good. We requested a coffee machine in the room which we got, which was great. Maybe more variety on the restaurant menu.

Spotlessly clean and super helpful and friendly staff. Really well located for the ski lifts and supermarket. It would have been nice if you could have used the balcony area of the spa and maybe introduce a hot tub.

Friendly staff & perfect location

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to two major gondolas. The restaurant is one of the best in town. We had a very special New Year's Eve dinner. Breakfast is great. The hosts pay attention to detail, and they are always attentive. Very stylish lounge area. Also enjoyed the wellness. The rooms are very functional, well designed, and well maintained.

Initially greeted by welcoming staff. We were placed in the newer section of the hotel and the room was immaculate! Fantastic location, great facilities and a lovely buffet breakfast. We attended the Christmas Eve dinner event and the food was delicious! N/A
