Hotel Trisanna

Centrally located, but very quiet at night. Next to main bus stop which is very convenient if traveling by public transport. Very clean property which was much appreciated. Friendly staff. Kitchenette in the apartment had all the equipment and utensils needed. View of the top of the mountain. Bakery and restaurants meters away. Lift in the property.

Fabulous quiet location near lifts, restaurants and parking! Brand new fancy spa with steam, two saunas, herbal rooms, and infared treatments. Thoughtfully decorated apartments with everything you need for a perfect stay.

the staff, especially walter. what a joy to get such hospitable staff in austria. the breakfast was much superior to hotels in this class and there was never a moments hesitattion to get us anything that we wanted, including breads and fruits of our choice. compared to the other 4 double rooms, room 301 was the smallest. we had a small window, with a tiny balcony. the room was very small compared to the other rooms and the bathroom area especially of the bath was really very small.

There was no hot tub but the Spa/Sauna was very nice!

Large room with a great view , excellent location close to all restaurants and easy walking distance to all the main ski lifts . All the staff were helpful and welcoming and check in/out was very easy Room was a little dark and could have done with a little more light.

Breakfast was fantastic, family owned and staffed. included garage parking. I would return again!

Location, cleaning, staff, good service. Good breakfast. Only one thing: my room has connection door to other room . And it was very terrible to hear what my neighbors doing and say every moment. For good practice it should be double door or door with noise isolation.

Everything Nothing

I really liked the personal attention the family run hotel gave us. All wishes were accommodated and assistance was happily offered. Replenishing of room supplies such as instant coffee could have happened on a daily basis. More variety for warm breaksfast options. There were only two which were alternated.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was clean and the kitchen equipped. Possibly the only thing they could improve on is the breakfast as 25€ is a bit pricey.

Pros: -excellent location, just a few minutes from the ski lift -parking is included in the price of the hotel -guests of the hotel have a small discount on the ski lift pass -sauna is small but nice -the young man - the owners’ son - at the reception was very pleasant Cons: -the older gentleman - the owner - is EXTREMELY RUDE and impolite. The treatment I received on a daily basis was just horrible. From smirking to waving his hands at me, calling me AC/DC (I am a jazz and classic music fun), and snapping at me. The hotel review would be “1” if I am to review according to the behaviour of this person. -VERY SMALL ROOM in the BASEMENT for €190 per night out of the peak season -My friend spent one night in my room - I was charged additional €150 for that - a highway robbery

The breakfast at this place was amazing. Hotel staff was awesome :) I loved how Walter, his family and Stephanie took care of me. Made me feel like home during my stay.

The property has the finest location in Ischgl, it is located on a very quite street and though it is in the center of every major event happening in the village. You feel like home in the family owned hotel that has very essential facilities. Hotel is comfortable, clean and breakfast is amazing.

Amazing location and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this place to all my friends.
