Hotel Regina Palace Terme

Full breakfast was excellent. Room and terrace were great!

Location was perfect, close to the Main Street, with shops and restaurants nearby. Felt very safe, the hotel was clean and well kept, daily cleaning, great amenities and friendly staff. A perfect place to relax, pool was great, spa was really nice, rooms spacious and the private terrace was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, they were able to store our luggage before check in which allowed us to take advantage of the morning, and also helped reserving a taxi for our departure. Everything was clean, modern and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and offered multiple choices for all needs and preferences. 24/7 reception and front desk assistance which is extremely helpful. Shower was too small, they charge extra for pool towels $4 euro per towel per day.

The staff were wonderful - welcoming, knowledgeable and ready with helpful advice on everything from restaurant recommendations to ferry timings. Our junior suite was spacious, with a very large sun-drenched terrace offering panoramic views of Castello Aragonese, the sea and the mountains - perfect for basking in the sun throughout the day. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, and the spa’s thermal pool a cosy delight. The whole property was immaculately clean (special praise to the tireless cleaners), with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing major - Wi-Fi was sometimes patchy on the terrace.

The location is fantastic—close to the port and the sea, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. It offers good value for money compared to nearby alternatives, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have appreciated being able to control the air conditioning in my room, as it was centrally managed.

The property location is in the hearth of Ischia City..close to every point in the city. Our daughter love the pool and excelent breakfast with absolutely amazing staff. I never expect that hotel restaurant food can be so delicious and so tasty. This is 10/10

S.p.a. facility been very poor and not worth it! Better to go for town spa! Very old and basic building in out of date facilities

Superb

The beds and pillows were exceptional ! Breakfast on balcony overlooking the sea was serene . Close to my daughter’s school . The staff was exceptional ! The front desk was very helpful ! I could not get multiple nights :(

Location was excellent near plenty of restaurants and tourist options. SPA on site was very nice where my wife and I had great massages. Staff was extremely helpful providing recommendations on everything from tour options to restaurants. View from room balcony was impressive as it looked over the water to see Capri, Procida and Naples. Mattress cover in our bedroom was very hard. That was my only complaint.

The room, and the location Very nice.

Location was great.. Walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants, marina, ferries and bus. We were very disappointed.. Although we had an upgrade to a suite which was a big surprise. The room was very spacious however the room was very tired. The tiles in the shower had mould and I didn’t feel comfortable having a shower.. The outdoor pool in particular the tiles inside and around the pool were dirty.. It was mandatory to purchase swimming caps if we wished to go for a swim. When we asked the staff the reason, we had to wear them they didn’t know..The outdoor pool wasn’t as bad as the indoor heated pool.. There was so much mould and very dirty.. We went in and got out straight away… I don’t think this pool has ever been cleaned.. A health inspector is well overdue.. Although the hotel offer spa treatments on the same floor as the indoor pool, we definitely didn’t even entertain that idea…Breakfast was terrible.. When we arrived most of the food was gone.. When we were ready to leave they brought out more food. As we can appreciate Italian breakfasts are usually croissants and pastries, the quality of what was left in the breakfast area was not good..Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay..

Central location Beautiful rooms Swimming caps in the pool

Location, the food and the personrel, roomsize was great Payment was not proccessed according them, had to show CC overview then all was ok. Guy was chill about it thoufh

beautiful setting, friendly helpful staff. breakfast doughnuts were the best I tasted during our travels through Italy having to wear a swimming cap in the pool. so we didn't bother using the pool which was a shame

Nice roomy sized room with a big balcony to lie out on. Staff were great and very helpful. Would stay here again Don't expect too much from the breakfast. It was fairly basic but does the job.

This hotel was MIRACULOUS....I enjoyed every minute I was there. My balcony was HUGE and overlooked the beautiful pool, plus the sea on the left and the mountains on the right. It was PARADISE.
