Beautiful and secluded It would be nice to have a better takeout option of lighter food options. Sandwiches, onigri, small salads, fruit. The only food options on the resort is full meals

Perfect resort that has everything you need, restaurants, splash park, water activities, animal park Wish the resort had activities to keep patrons engaged during the typhoon outside of the 2 paid activities. Games, Trivia, Singing something where we weren’t just sitting in the room all day or at the indoor pool, entertainment it’s a resort.

Wonderful Staff Nothing

Overall, the property has some great amenities. The pool and beach areas were great for couples or families. Dining options were very good and service was friendly. Very convenient free parking. Our room was a villa that is in need of a renovation. Bathroom fixtures were very old and well worn. Other than that, it was a spacious and comfortable room.

Excellent Japanese breakfast buffet with consistently fresh food, beautiful private beach, and relaxing hot springs. Staff were very friendly and supportive, and public transport (bus/taxi) to the city center was nearby. Transportation: The hotel shuttle and the public bus both had very limited schedules that did not always meet our needs. The hotel is far from downtown. We were able to take the bus to downtown, but had to take a taxi back. The hotel shuttle was not very helpful for us. It did not meet our flight times, so we had to find our own way to and from the airport. Taxi can be hard to find when cruise ships are in port. Atmosphere: As very active seniors, we were disappointed that many water sports programs had age restrictions, so we were unable to participate. For my daily exercise at the gym, the centrally-controlled music was too loud for a comfortable workout. The resort is very popular with families. While it is a lively environment, it can feel quite crowded in the common areas. Eco-Service Issues: The "echo-friendly" credit plan was poorly explained. We could not get fresh pajamas, clean coffee cups and drinking glasses, and the $10 credit was issued as a gift card at checkout. It was only useful at the gift shop but useless as we were departing. Amenities: The laundry machines were a bit dated, and the gift shop had a limited selection of snacks. Since we did not have a car, getting snacks and light meals was inconvenient.

The breakfast had loads of variety, and some large tables for a larger parties like ours. The facilities were awesome, and there were so many different pools, the beach, the pier, some children’s activities like feeding goats. It was a really family-oriented Space, which was evident by also how many young Japanese families were there. The swimming pools were also carefully watched by lifeguards, it felt very, very safe. The simple things like an ice machine and water, refill machine and an empty plastic water, jug, and access to vending machines… All of this was very handy when traveling with young children and older people. Check-in was a little tedious, and the staff had some trouble with English. They were using a handheld device to Translate, which was good, but they also didn’t check which room should be with which family. We checked in as three families of different sizes. It was difficult for them to explain what the wristbands for swimming and other facilities was for. I think it was a little tricky, but otherwise still fine. Parking near the north wing was quickly filled up at night. Not enough parking in my opinion.

The resort is really good , pool, beach , restaurant. It the price for the food is very high and you need to have a car if you want to go outside of the resort. Also you can not play on the beach balloon or rackets . And it is forbidden to swim outside of a certain area. The staff also at the shop was not very nice and not helpful. But still it was a very good hotel , the room was spacious and it is not crowded. Staff at the main shop, price too high to eat everyday at restaurants. You can not Play on the beach.

Beautiful Beach, Great gym and Onsen The Villas are extremely worn out and needs updating. Feels like nothing has been changed since the 90’s. Premium rooms are newer and niver but very far from pool, beach area and gym

Breakfast was delicious. Great variety and no wait. The rest of the food was SO EXPENSIVE. I read this might be the case, but it was excessive.

The resort gives you pajamas to wear while you’re on site or just sleep. If I knew, I wouldn’t have brought my own pajamas. Everything was amazing, the different pools, the beach! The beds were single beds so we had to push them together for our family.

Great place, the resort is really clean, green and calm. The staff is really helpful and we felt like home. The baths are really nice so definitely recommend to try it.

Not a lot to do in poor weather. Limited common areas to lounge. No activities The buffet was average and the other restaurants were all closed.

I thought the staff were amazing and helpful. Grounds are very beautiful and the fitness room/spa was excellent! Rooms are a little dated and would have appreciated grab and go items for breakfast in the morning.

The hotel itself was beautiful and luxurious, with excellent facilities and comfortable rooms that made our stay pleasant. However, we were very disappointed that the beach was closed throughout our entire four-day visit. Regardless of the tide or weather conditions, swimming in the ocean was not allowed at any time. It was frustrating, as enjoying the beach was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Many families less convenient to couple

Only 3 stuff members knew english. My friend is vegetarian and she was not allowed to sit with me at the meat restaurant as they told us she must order for a meal..
