Nothing The beds were like rocks, the location wasn’t near anything. There’s no beach out front and the closest one isn’t groomed or nice. The pool is a lot smaller than the photos show. Also, you can’t use the pool if you have tattoos.

It was hard to move around from the location.

Restaurants and public bath. No drinking water supply.

Nice variety of onsens and some activities like table tennis and pool. The quality of the restaurant buffet for the price was quite average.

Nice resort, breakfast is nice, nice pools, the cafe Diego is nice, the staff is friendly and willing to help. Welcome drinks in the lobby, even have Orion draft beer, the hotel guests can enjoy coffee, juice, beer in the day time. We stayed in the garden villa, the parking is always full, so we have to park in the Ocean wing, then walk to our room from the street for about 5 mins.

Staff were very nice and cool. Room was very comfortable. Restaurants were fabulous. Pools and hotel area was very nice There was no gym or way to exercise at the hotel. Luckily I am a member of anywhere fitness so I could drive to town and train. The pool table needs fixing or an upgrade. Very bad condition but it’s very popular with th guests. We all used it even the cure etc were broken.

This hotel was very much your standard austere Japanese hotel. It had buffet breakfast, a pool, good parking, and clean big rooms (at a price). Despite the bareness, we enjoyed playing in the pool with our kids. They had fun! For a resort hotel it definitely lacked the magic. No music played by the pool. No eating allowed by the pool. All very much hard surfaces with no frills or soft touches. Like a business hotel resort. The beach nearby was unusable, sitting behind a sea wall and very small and narrow. Definitely not intended to be used. The good beaches are on the north coast of the island. It took us a while to figure out how to work this holiday. Ishigaki does have much Japanese charm and there is a lot to do if you get good weather, but in general the locals are grumpy and the staff in the hotel more so. We felt that most staff resented our presence. Although we were some of the few non-Japanese guests.

The 3rd bed was the only thing we didn’t like. It was really uncomfortable.

Very clean and private. Various restaurant options. Plenty of excursions to choose from. Buffets have an amazing selection to choose from. Distance between Ocean’s Wing and Villa Garden is a bit of a walk. Beds were a little firm.

It’s a big property with 2 parts, regular hotel rooms and “villa”. The section is called villa and they do have villas but most are still hotels rooms, just bit newer and less crowded. Overall im ok with the experience, room is big, they have swimming pool both indoor and outdoor but I don’t recommend the indoor one cause too many people and smells bit. The biggest complaint I have is the bed, it’s the hardest bed I ever experienced. Location is ok if you rent a car, about 15 mins drive to downtown. The bed, sooooo hard

Cool location, great island. Good people and staff. The beds were hard as a rock, I tired to add extra foam, didn’t help. The days were always overshadowed by the thought of having to sleep on those beds.

Great location, good breakfast (ice cream is available). Yakinniku restaurant next to the hotel (must be booked in advance). Pools (indoors and outdoors) and onsen are great for refreshing and washing yourself afrer a day of hiking or exploration. Rooms are big (compared to Tokyo standard) and comfy. Free coffee or juices (afternoon/evening), the mango juice is specially good. Lots of vending machines but only one has Coke or Pepsi (in the rooftop). I got the last one but it wasn't resupplied ?.

Great location, beautiful resort facilities. It is right by the water's edge so watch sunset from you balcony or sitting by the ocean.

Indoor swimming pool was fun and it was great facility staying with kids. Breakfast and dinner were also great.
