The free coffee machine! Couldn’t get breakfast a few minutes after 9am. The clothes dryer was rubbish. Didn’t do much money.

the bed super comfy to sleep on the breakfast buffet was changed to a bento so i wasnt able to eat properly what i would have wanted to eat

Breakfast is good, room is cozy Although the hotel was cozy and the breakfast enjoyable, we found the reception staff to be inflexible in their service. For example, check-in was strictly at 4 p.m., with no option to check in even a few minutes early, despite our room being ready. When we arrived at 3:45, we were told to wait until exactly 4:00, even though the room was prepared. As international travelers without a local SIM card, we also faced challenges due to a lack of accessible communication options. During a typhoon, we needed to confirm our flight status with the airport. The room phone couldn’t make outside calls to most numbers, and we weren’t informed initially that using it would incur charges. When we asked to use the reception phone for a quick call to the airline, the staff’s initial response was unhelpful, suggesting that there is nothing that they can help with, the customers are not allowed to use the phone at the reception, and we should travel to the airport rather than assisting with a simple request. After some back and forth, we were eventually allowed to make one call, but with the reminder that we could not make multiple calls. “ it’s something that the customer need to fix on their own” we were told like that. And to be honest, we think it’s very rude to tell something like this to a customer when we were merely asking a small favor in an urgent situation. Overall, while the facilities met our expectations, we felt that a more helpful and flexible approach from the staff would have greatly improved our experience, at end of the day, helping customer improve their travel experience is a duty for a hotel service. as customers, we shouldn’t have even experienced something unpleasant like this.

Have a little issue with the room and the staff was so quick resolved Parking is crazy. We rented a car for a day but when we got back around 10p parking lots was fun. After talking to the staffs and finally resolved the problem. If you’re needing to park overnight, make sure you get back to hotel early enough to secure a spot

We were diving everyday all day long so the hotel was perfect for us: Simple accommodation with no fuss or special facilities (e.g. pool, spa, etc.) but comfy, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet included in the room fee, ideally located walking distance to city centre for dinner. I don’t recommend if you are looking for a hotel where to lounge, spend your day there and have activities only at the hotel. For all of those looking for a base to their outdoor activities it is a good place. They have facilities to hang and dry wetsuits for instance.

it included a breakfast for the price. i actually booked the place since it was close to a&w(but was closed because of the typhoon). rooms are crammed for a familiy of 4 . was only given 2 pillows /towels when we explicitly booked 4 people. everything else requires additional ¥¥¥.

Each morning the have breakfast starting at 0630 until 0900. It’s the typical Japanese spread: Rice (plain or seasoned), miso/seaweed soup, bread-there is a toaster and they have a jelly and butter, cubed eggs, salad with dressing on the side, yogurt, and drinks. Due to COVID you will need to wear gloves as you prepare your plate. They have toothbrushes, soap, razors, face creams, combs and night shirts on the 1st floor; in case you forget anything. In walking distance of the terminal port doing to other islands. You can also catch the airport bus at this terminal. If you would like to go directly to the airport, do not walk into the terminal. Across from the taxi stand there is a placard that states Terminal to Airport; cost ¥500 which you will need to pay on bus. The second option is the bus which makes multiple stops. This bus you will need to purchase a ticket inside the terminal (¥540) and then head outside and look for stanchion #2. Only had 4 working channels on the television. Bathroom is not big for a tall person. If you’re over 5’5 you might have issues standing up straight in the shower. The in-room wifi would only let me connect one of my devices. Also, the vents for the shower and A/C were very dirty. Not sure the last time these were cleaned/replaced. For breakfast the tables aren’t really social distance applicable. However, you can decide if you’ll eat in your room or at a table.

Good price for the value. The room is quite small. Breakfast is limited and not change for my 6 day stay.

We liked it when the staff had left a set of new towels hanging on our door when we arrived back from our travels. We didn't like how you can buy a ticket to watch OVER 200 TV SHOWS AND MOVIES but only two movies were in English!
