Every staff is overpricing. The rate in booking is 2000 pkr. Then I went there to have AC at 5000 and non ac at 3500. We agreed to have it 3000. And the reception next day makes it 3500 again.

The location was good. The rooms were not like as shown in pics. The bed sheets and blankets were smelly.

They are open for booking.com but when I arrived they are asking more charges and saying we don’t have that room what you booked… Booking.com should take action for this type of listings

Hi, I hope you are doing well. I booked a room at that hotel and traveled all the way from Karachi, but when I arrived, they refused to give me the room. They told me that somebody else had called and booked it, and as a result, they did not provide me a room. I suffered a lot that night, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Kindly take the necessary action regarding this matter.
