The location Damp surfaces and the smell. No slippers for toilet No slippers for the room Not even a bottle of water available in the room. Stained towel which was later replaced on request but the replaced towel was stained too. Damp surfaces in the almirah Not even a single hanger provided to hang clothes No ironing facility No dental kit No hygiene kit Water in the shower area won't drain out because of the blocked drain line. No smart tv Except for Ufone, no other cellular service would work in this area.

Excellent service and very professional staff! Staying here was a great experience. The environment is clean and peaceful. What impressed me the most was their personal touch and care for guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Islamabad. Special thanks for the wonderful farewell breakfast! Landline was not working. Overall great experience.

We liked the location, room size and decor, the lighting, comfortable beds, the dining area and the breakfast. We also liked the walking area outside which was full of greenery. There were plenty of empty parking spots where you can park your car safely. Those who are looking for a family guest house in an excellent location with all the facilities nearabout, can check this out. The price for the hotel was about 30-35% higher as compared to the facilities provided and the other guest houses nearabout. There wasn't a telephone available in the room so, we we had to personally come to the reception to ask for what we need. Please improve these points so this can be a better guest house.

The location was good and staff were-polite. Breakfast was nice but the room was in the basement and very smelly. We visit Islamabad for its beautiful views but it wasn’t possible.The property seems still under maintenance. The look after you enter the gate is messy and a little awkward. The smell was terrible. Also they gave us a room in basement.We even asked for a room on the ground or upper floor with some fresh views or at least better air but they couldn’t do that for us.

Really good place, super friendly staff, very tasty breakfast, good internet, clean and tidy. I can't find a single thing that I could complain about. The staff was super helpful. Internet was good enough for work and watching online tv. It was clean, tidy and got a hit water every time. Got my laundry done within one day. Enjoyed their breakfast a lot... I'm missing it actually. Nice and quiet area. Short walk to the restaurants, caffes and shops. Everything was perfect! Much better than expected so have literally nothing I didn't like.

The room size was good, amenities are superb and the staff there (including manage, room service and the security guards) is very helpful The food and whole menu prices are very high, they management need to look into the matter

Multiple things, 1st this hotel needs major renovation, 2nd the rate is high but cleanliness is like in negative numbers, washrooms are very dirty, bedsheets and pillows smell bad, means -10/10 on cleanliness. And hotel has bad smell due to fungus, paying 9500 per night and not even getting clean stuff is bad

The bathroom was not clean and had a very bad smell and they couldn't do anything about that. Also the bed comforter was a bit dirty from inside.
