We stayed at Envoy Hotel Islamabad for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel felt cozy, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Every member of staff we interacted with—from the security guard and receptionist to the room attendant and restaurant server—was kind, helpful, and very accommodating. We had some special dietary requirements due to health concerns, and the kitchen prepared our meals exactly according to our requests, which we really appreciated. We stayed in a family room for four, and it was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the towels were fresh. The food at the downstairs restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent as well. There was a good variety of options, and everything we tried was tasty. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend Envoy Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Islamabad. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, possibly due to the rain or the construction taking place next door. It would be helpful if the windows could be sealed or insulated more effectively and the rooms treated regularly for mosquitoes.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and always happy to help especially bellboys brother luqman and Muhammad Qadeer as well as the receptionist Waleed. The WiFi was weak.

The property over was pretty clean ac was working fine and other basic amenities were good to. Especially the staff there was so kind and generous MEHRAN at the reception took care of everything sending fruits and water after every hour and constantly asking if i need something , Qadeer the ball boy was so sweet always smiling and always offering hand for help Nothing

Parking is really good and ample Lobby and front desk is nice Staff is cordial and hospitable Room paint was chipped. It felt damp. Room and bedding cleanliness was subpar Bed linen were yellow and had a stained look. Awfully bad for a 3 star Noisy outside during night. Low sound proofing. Breakfast was just ok but could be better

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The room was comfortable, quiet, and nicely organized, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with any questions.

The hotel room was very nice and super clean. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the staff were very helpful and kind. The security guard always warmly greeted me and the front desk staff were very helpful especially Malik who assisted me with transport to the bus station.
