I have to pay the additional money for booking.com commission charges, my booking shows the price but they print details invoice which includes booking.com commission charges which supposedly to pay by the hotel but they charged me for that as well

My review became live at the time of my checking out. The front desk gentleman who checked me out became aware of my review, got annoyed and rudely remarked that in summers" you'll be complaining of lack of cold water!". No hot water in the cold mornings when usage is high! Nonavailability of hot water during cold mornings makes this facility suboptimal to book in the winters unless they change their geyser to a higher capacity system. Several other reviews have also highlighted issues with the availability of hot water at this facility. In my view, offering hot water around the clock is a fundamental amenity for any establishment presenting itself as a 4-star hotel; the absence of such an amenity calls into question the facility's star rating, a 2-star rating is more appropriate.

The hotel is in an ideal location. There were several things that did not go according to expectation. I found the staff weren't as friendly and welcoming at reception when we checked in. The shower was below par, as was the fact that the facilities listed don't work e.g. gym. For the Crown Plaza chain and the cost I was expected a more high end experience with facilities and amenities in the hotel.
