The guest house owner, Mr. Hashmi, and his staff provided exceptional cooperation. I have highlighted several specific points regarding this in my second review. Guests should be permitted to have visitors in their rooms during their stay, as sensitive discussions regarding business, legal matters, family, or finances cannot be conducted in public spaces.

Just breakfast I did not have a good experience. The bedding, including the sheets and blankets, appeared unhygienic and poorly maintained.

I had a terrible experience at Gateway Islamabad. The room was smelly, the bed sheets were dirty, and there was no soap or tissue box provided. They gave only one filter-water bottle to drink. The wash basin tap was not working, there was only hot water, and the commode was dirty. Nothing matched the pictures shown on Booking.com — the actual room was completely different and in very poor condition. I rate this place –10. Booking.com should verify this property because the listing is misleading customers. I strongly recommend that no one should stay here.

I booked 1 double bed for couple and they provide 2 single bed. They are totally unprofessional.

Location is nice, and ro was clean The room service not available all the time, breakfast was not served because when you try to find someone nobody there. Charged us the booking.com commision also in addition to the room charges communicated at the time of booking, which is big scam, had to pay because time was odd for us. Will recommend future visitors to keep in mind they will charge extra 15 percent

The location was great. It was affordable, value for money. The staff was cooperative when we arrived. No disturbance. The facilities was better. The staff when we arrived was available. However, in the morning when we have to leave, it took time for staff to be available and made us a breakfast. May be it was Sunday Morning.

Room was clean , Staff was very cooperative and responsive , Breakfast was also good First thing that they didn't response on provided number , secondly before checkin they call me and tell me that I had to go to another branch in G13/3 because G14 branch is full.

Because they booked my room to other family and stayed in other guest house of less facilities. They dont know about my booking when i showed them the booking confirmation then their representative took me to other guest house. Very bad experience with family.
