Serena is the best hotel in all of Pakistan only good place for foreigners to stay really if you expect an equivalent experience to what you would find internationally at high end / nice places.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT ROOM WAS SPACIOUS SINCE I WAS UPGRADED TO PREMIER ROOMS. WELCOME FRUIT BASKET DRY FRUITS TRAY AND VARIETY OF DRINKS IN THE FRIDGE ALL WAS COMPLEMENTARY.

Impressive property which kept its heritage. Terrible service at breakfast, even with low guest count the waiters were just not providing people with tea or anything.

The staff is super helpful and welcoming. Very neat and clean atmosphere, everything looked so perfect. The valet wait times were quite high at times, when 4-5 cars pull up at the same time it gets a long queue to wait for your car.
