Great staff and great location. Got bit noisy at night. You can hear babies crying from the next room or car noise from some late night event at the hotel. There is no gym or fitness center.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very professional and welcoming throughout my visit. Special thanks to Mahnoor at the reception — she guided us really well, was extremely cooperative, polite, and made the whole check-in process smooth and comfortable. Her helpful attitude truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

A lot of noise from windows and main door of room coming from anyone speaking in hall or entering nearby rooms. Soundproofing should be done. Toiletries such as toothbrush / toothpaste should be provided. Water should be replaced free of cost.

I liked the food and coffee options. The rooms were clean. Despite having a non refundable booking the staff told me that I have to pay upfront and if booking.com deducts any amount other than this, the hotel was not responsible and that I would responsible for getting that money back. I showed them the booking email and the message "prepayment maybe deducted at anytime". To which they said they are not responsible for what booking.com says or deducts and that they have no transactional relation with booking.com. I was told if I cancel booking.com would keep the money. I was forced to stay as I did not know what would booking.com do. I think properties like this one should not be on this platform as they create false expectations for travelers.
