Hotel was very nice with clean rooms and friendly staff. It is in a very quiet residential area which does mean taking a car to go out anywhere. However they are very inexpensive using the local ride sharing app so not a big problem. The breakfast is not extensive, but you can get snacks and soft drinks etc at other times which is nice. I often stay here and have also recommended among my family circle to choose this property when they visit in Islamabad. This time I made a booking for one night 16-17 Sept 2024. Prior to check out , earlier in the morning of 17th September I called the reception To send me two small complimentary water bottles. At the time of check out , the person at the counter asked us to pay PRS 300 approx for these complimentary water bottle. We returned them unused water bottles but was so taken back and upset that for a frequent traveller like who recommends this property to other people as well I was being treated like that and that to being charged for complimentary small water bottles. I would never stay again at this property after being cheated.
