The breakfast was good with a decent selection. The staff was polite. The location was okay and reasonably convenient. This is a guesthouse rather than a hotel, so keep that in mind when booking. The rooms were not well soundproofed, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and disconnected frequently. Room service was slow. I ordered a cup of tea, and it took around 40–45 minutes to arrive. There were no complimentary welcome snacks or refreshments apart from bottled water.

Very comfortable stay in a quiet hotel. Very nice staff. I didn’t have a chance to try the food unfortunately. Would happily stay there again.

Staff was much cooperative. Calm & Clean environment. The push button on the commode was not working. Hot water in bathroom not available throughout 2 days stay.

Excellent. As advertised. Spacious rooms with smart TV access. Wonderfully decorated with a nice outside space and well maintained plants. I would highly recommend. Up 49 street on an alley way This was the third place I tried on the same day when other places had fake pictures or they were extremely dirty and not maintained.
