The price of this hotel and its location are very good. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has excellent food. Don't miss it! The hotel needs renovation. At the very least, the bathroom faucets in the rooms should be replaced

This hotel is a scam. The whole hotel and all the rooms smell like smoke. The rooms are dirty and the staff are the worst. The general manager Fatih and the receptionist Ahmet are unprofessional and dishonest. Booking at this hotel was a big mistake. I had a 12 nights reservation but I checked out the next day. Don't do my mistake, you will regret it....!

Very bad experience – do not book! The hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Smoking everywhere, no curtains in the room, and the lights make it impossible to sleep. The noise from the street and cars is nonstop 24/7. The room was extremely dirty – bed sheets and pillows were stained and not fresh at all. There was no cleaning service, no parking available, and the staff couldn’t communicate in English. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Please don’t be fooled by the cheap price – it’s not worth it Very bad

The hotel was under renovation. But the rooms were not renovated enough yet. There was no shower holder, no accessories to store shampoo or something, all the equipment was either missing or worn out. Although parts of the room had been renovated, the problem was that the management should have checked the rooms before handing them over to the customer and informed them of the deficiencies. I think there was a lot of indifference in providing customer service.

Nothing was good in that hotel I feel like I was scammed. Their pictures looked great, but the room I got was dirty and a complete disaster. Everything was filthy, and it smelled of smoke, even though I don’t consume tobacco.

One of the best Family Hotel in Avcılar. It was all perfect..... i am travel to Istanbul for business every year and in the future i will only stay in this hotel....

The staff is kind and there is free parking The hotel room was totally a disaster. The bed sheets were not clean, you could see hair everywhere. The bathroom was horrible. Painted old tiles that were soo dirty, in fact everything was dirty to be honest. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to go in this hotel.

I like it wasn't far from Metro buses The shower where bad and defective , the AC broke after 4-5 days , the bad frame was very bad and the blanket's and bed cover was dirty and with stains

Only the lady at the reception who was cooperative and friendly , opposite to the Reception man . The hotel looks good only at the reception and in the photos , but the accommodation was horrible . The rooms and elevators were under painting , the smell of paints is all over the building and insid rooms. I had to change my room 3 times, it was first time in my life to see a room lighting working only with cards, as there was no lighting switch , I had to switch off the light from the electrical panel !!!, I changed the room to another one that had a broken Furnitures , sting sheets and very dirty towel and pillows, the toilet was miserable , there were better rooms but the male receptionist denied giving me any these rooms . My advice is you have to strongly argue with the receptionist to get a good room .

Avist is located in an ideal place, with restaurants, metro buses, ATMs are closely. The staff are friendly, and above all the price is v v reasonable. I recommend this place. only issue is the shower could be rectified, and keep a dust bin.
