The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location wasn’t ideal, but overall everything was good.

The receptionists were extremely kind and ready to help anytime. Room was comfortable and clean, location was very close to the public transport. Benefit/Price was very good. I think the windows need to be cleaned more often.

The property was very comfortable, clean, and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a pleasant stay. There was nothing to dislike; everything was very clean and well maintained.

Location was good, next to the Metro. Morning room service only after 730am, so for an early riser like me i had to rely on the inroom tea provisions that was provided. The refrigerator was hardly cooling. and for bottle openers I had to always call the room service. Breakfast is expensive for the limited variety provided - No fresh juices.

Comfortable room. Good room service. Excellent staff. Getting to breakfast room is not easy - ramp too steep so needed help up the stairs to breakfast.

The room 401 is more like a small narrow hallway, it was very hard to walk through. I will come again, but this room never again.

Beautiful property with wonderful rooms, great views of the bay and Princes’ islands, and kind staff. I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Istanbul. You get a lot for the price and the location is also wonderful
