Freya Hotel

​I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Freya. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit — I absolutely loved them! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. ​I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip. Giving them a very well-deserved 5 stars! Nothing at all — everything was great

Facilities such as sauna not working at all

Location was ok As we couldn’t properly lock the door of the room we had booked, we had to move to another room which was smaller than the one we originally had. That’s plain rude. Instead of one bed ( as we had booked ) we now had to sleep on two mattresses which kept moving apart during the night. The TV wasn’t working. The shower wasn’t draining, the mirror and some other things in the room were broken. None of the things promises by the host were given : the pool was cold, the jacuzzi wasn’t filled. Breakfast wasn’t of great quality and they served the same plates everyday!

Location was great, hotel is quit clean, staf is nice, more helpful was Muhamed. ? Room is little especially for 7 night stay, pool is very little as well, at 10 its already closed, sauna is for extra money.

Food choice is poor and same every day Poor hotel maintenance, poor lighting, poor breakfast, only 4 hangers in the wardrobe. Definitely not 4 stars hotel. They will try to overcharge you for transfer to the airport. Cleaning lady was the only positive thing about this hotel.

Property got a good location, easy to get wherever you want. Cleaning every day. We requested double bed, we get two single bed together, when we asked double bed mattress we never get it, so every night we had to push beds together. Bed frame was dirty . Gym located few steps swimming pool, no door and proper walls between, so it is very hot Sometimes we were waiting for staff to switch lights for us because no staff in fitness and spa. When we were swimming in swimming pool women that working there wasn’t happy with water coming outside, we have been told swimming slowly.

The rooms and facilities were very clean and staff was very good. Faisal at the reception was very helpful to make any additional arrangements and providing good advice on how to do things and best places to do them and ways to reach these places. Room cleaning staff were also very good and doing it very quickly Breakfast was good but the same everyday, little variation. So, starting to get bored if staying for longer than very few days

Great location,cleanliness of the room Breakfast wasn't really good ,even regarding the bread ,you didn't have options to choose.For 4star hotel it wasn't acceptable at all. The stuff in spa and wellness doesn't speak English and we could not use spa because of lack of communication,also you needed to pay money even for entering the hammam.

The service was appaling the property was really small in all areas size wise. The breakfast was the worse breakfast buffet in the world. No toaster or hot bread no bakeries or desserts and the taste of everything is disgusting. They did not provide water to the rooms ever and said we must pay for water tea and coffee in the room. First time ever experiencing that. I willl never go there again and recommend the owners to a drastic change. No tea coffee or water in the rooms. Dirty. Breakfast was terrible and no choices or hot food or bread
