Lovely hotel! Staff was very kind and helpful, they suggested places for us to visit and helped us with everything they spoke english and arabic. Very cozy rooms, hotel in great location near lots of restaurants and clothes shops, 10 minutes walk to public transportation. We felt very safe and loved it very much!!

Excellent Staff- Clean Rooms Excellent area. Comfort Bathshower Value4money. if you want to close of sights but not spend more money then recmmended. Bus is 5 min and metro and tram 12 m because we have noizy "neighboors", reception will be to check and advice them to be quiet.But its ok because were happy days...

clean , very good location, small room but suitable for me , receptionist is polite and cheerful , if i go to istanbul again I must go to this hotel , thanks for you malik and your kind welcome and support sometimes there is few bad smell in the room in the ground floor but finally all is good

Clean and tidy. Comfortable. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. If there is something that could have been better for us, it would have been nicer to be in a larger room.

I liked the hotel very much in terms of the hotel staff, especially Mr. Nader, with his style and politeness in speech, and his helpfulness as well as to all the staff. I also like the cleanliness of the hotel and its proximity to all the restaurants and markets, as well as Al-Fath Mosque. Of course not.

Lonely hotel! HANENDE HOTEL SUPER Doğan bey was very good. He spoke very good English and was very helpful. Location is close to shopping area and Fatih mosque also the bus services. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. I highly recommended this hotel

I have been in over 35 countries, this is the worst hotel I have been in from a service prospective. The staff person was extremely rude, he didn’t speak English and he kept asking personal questions. Then he actually refused me to get into my room. I booked a room in my name only for two people for 10 days. My plan was for my mom to stay with me the first two days then she will leave, then a friend of mine will stay with me only two days in the middle of my stay. My mom arrived and left. the staff person was asking me everyday about my mom for unknown reasons. After couple of days my friend arrived, the staff refused him to enter the hotel. When I started asking him why, he said “its not good” “forbidden” and “if you no like police police” i replied by saying police please, he picked up his phone and called the police, then he confiscated WITH FORCE my friend’s bag until the police came. After the police came they immediately took his side and started to threaten me of taking me to the station because I am breaking the law. They had no explanation on why I am breaking the law. I called booking and explained the situation then I booked another hotel for the rest of my stay.
