We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home. We were also pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful birthday celebration during our stay, which made the trip even more special. It was such a lovely gesture that we genuinely appreciated. A special thank you to Kemal, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He was always attentive, friendly, and happy to assist with anything we needed. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was great value for the price. Location was great. The room looked a little dated although it was very clean and tidy. Washroom had a tiny exhaust fan.

Everything. Absolutely adored this place. Wish we could have stayed longer. In tears having to leave. Wonderful service, location, cleanliness, everything. Nothing, It was an incredible stay.

The hotel is in old wooden house, so each step of another guests walking up the stairs or other guests walking upstairs our room. It can be cleaner in the bathroom, but the room cleaning was done every day. Breakfast is very very simple, same options each day, but home made pancakes were very delicious! Overall very good option if you are coming for few days and prefer exploring the city by foot.

staff are so friendly helpful and kind specially jamal and ibrahim are so helpful in every moment i need them they always guide us and show us best places they really make our tour better than what we expected , the woman who make the breakfest always ask us to try different turkich food that she maked . they are really really profissional staff and good people ? . the place of hotel is near everything maximum 30 min on feet to visit every moment or restaurent around .

A quaint and charming hotel located in the heart of the old city… It is only a 10 min walk away from Hagia sofia, blue mosque, Topkapi palace and other attractions.. The tram lines are also close by… The hotel is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the old city without hastle. The hotel was also well maintained, clean, with good breakfast and a truly hospitable staff, who were very welcoming and very accomodative to all our requests… We had two booking in the same place during our 9 day trip in Turkey and we did not have any complaints.. The hotel staff will arrange airport transfer for pickup and drop off upon request at a reasonable rate and I would highly advise everyone to make use of this.

This was my second stay at the property during my 9-day itinerary in Turkey and I am truly glad i chose this place.. Exceptional location, neat and clean property, good breakfast, and a very warm, welcoming staff..

The only downside is the construction nearby, which can get a bit noisy after 10 AM, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

Staff friendliness was noticeable and always helpful Room was so small comparing the pictures on booking.com And it was annoying when other people living in the hotel above walk around because the hotel was all wooden and it makes crazy sound and disturbing even when you're sleeping. Couldn't help the noise, and dripping water when it's raining.

Everything was excellent during our stay. The room was very comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. The location was also perfect, making our experience truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
