Moja City Hotel

Modern room, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff, convenient lift for transporting luggage to upper floors, very quiet at night, good breakfast, convenient location near restaurants, local transportation, and shopping - in summary, an enjoyable stay. The room was small, making it a little challenging for 2 adults with luggage. However we made it work, and would stay here again on future visits to the area.

Excellent location within walking distance of the ferry and all that Kadikoy has to offer. We were easily able to walk there from the HavaBus stop with our luggage. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff is attentive and present downstairs 24/7. Room was small but had all the necessary amenities including a small fridge, nice shower, and good AC. The view from our room was also surprisingly beautiful! (We could see all the way over the water to the European side.) The main issue we faced during our stay was the smell of cigarette smoke from our neighboring hotel guests. We are not smokers, and our breathing was affected negatively. However, I believe this problem is difficult to avoid in Istanbul, and we did not complain. The rooms are small but completely adequate. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a mini fridge in the room, but it was not super cold, so we only used it for water and did not try to keep perishable food in there.

Moja City Hotel was a fantastic choice. It’s walking distance from the Havabus stop from the airport and right across the ferry terminal, so everything’s super convenient. The staff were genuinely friendly, accommodated my early check-in request, and the included breakfast was a nice start to the day. It all made the stay really comfortable! Not that I don’t like it, but one thing to take note of is since it is near the port, you might find it noisy sometimes. But nothing that would bothering. At least during my stay.

I really liked the convenient location, 5 minute walk to the Kadikoy metro station and also the ferry pier. The room was very nice and I really liked the tasteful modern decoration. We spent one night coming from SAW airport and flying out again from the same airport the next morning. I really appreciated how they accommodated preparing us a full breakfast at 7 am (even though breakfast hours begun at 8.30) for us to catch the 7.30 train to the airport. Honestly, we were just expecting a sandwich and a bottled juice but a full breakfast was a really lovely surprise! I totally recommend staying here. .

Hotel staff are extremely nice and welcoming. Very clean in front of the port to cross the Bosporus. Everything was excepsional.

It is very conveniently located 3 min walk from Kadiköy port and 1 min walk to the Havaist terminal to Istanbul International Airport. Also 4 min walk to the heart of Kadiköy. Located in a quiet street with 24/7 donar shop opposite the hotel. Friendly hotel staff who even let me checked in early and offering Turkish coffee! Breakfast was a set breakfast and verry limited. Breakfast served on level -1 with no windows and view.

Nice hotel located right next to the busy area of the Asian side of Istanbul, it has an amazing location to discover many local venues and expereinces. The hotel itself is small but well organized, the rooms were compact but clean and modern, the staff were helpful and quick to check us in. It was a bit cold in the rooms, but we stayed during an anomalous snow blizzard. Other than that the rooms were good.

Lovely small hotel in a great location at Kadikoy. Staff are lovely and very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Bathrooms are a bit small.

The staff were so helpful, one gave me his metro transportation card to use the two days I was there, and always very courteous. Shower was great pressure and room was nice. Was on the first floor facing the street and the restaurant across the street was open all night and each night I was woke up by the noise around 4 am. I would definitely ask for a room not facing the street next time.

The location and people are fantastic! There was always someone at the front desk who was more than happy to help and always had a smile. The room was nice and modern and the cleaning was great! I really recommend this place to anyone travelling.

Exceptional

The location of this hotel is excellent! It’s just a 3-5 minute walk to the bus station where Havaist coaches from both airports stop and it’s also close to the Kadıköy ferry station providing easy access to the European side. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly always ready to assist with anything you needed. Breakfast was also great. While it’s not a buffet, they serve you a plate with pastries, jam, honey and more along with a warm breakfast of your choice. They’ll also bring you juice, tea or coffee on request. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained. The room was a bit small for two people and somewhat expensive for this type of hotel compared to similar ones in the area likely due to its location. Personally, I would prefer a buffet style breakfast on the top floor with natural light rather than in the basement but that’s just a personal preference.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Close to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. Right across the street from the ferry which was really convenient. Staff was also able to set up airport transfers for us.
