Excelent conditions

Good location. 5-10-min-walk to Laleli, Bayazet Mosque/Square/T1 station, Grand Bazaar. Very friendly staff - Yakup, Idris and a lady at the reception (sorry, couldn’t remember your name, don’t wanna make a mistake in your name). Any time at your service. Breakfast choice could be better. Need to add some more segments of food.

Clean & Great location!

Extremely friendly staff that is doing their best to help you have a good stay. Facilities have a lot of.. potential, to say the least. We had to change the rooms 3 times to get a good-enough room with all essentials and no bad smell. Loud russian music during breakfast also wasn't pleasant.

Very clean hotel, and good location it Istanbul

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Ria Suites is perfectly located for exploring Taksim and the surrounding areas, with shops, restaurants, and nightlife just a short walk away. Despite the central location, the room was calm and relaxing. Cleanliness was excellent, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.

I had a great stay at Ria Suites in the Taksim area. The location is excellent, very close to Istiklal Street and public transport, yet the hotel itself is quiet and comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a short city stay. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Overall, a very good value for the location and quality offered.

Ria Suites is a solid choice if you want to stay in the heart of Taksim. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed, with a comfortable bed and good sound insulation. I especially appreciated how friendly and professional the staff were throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and I felt well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

Normal typical breakfast. Sometimes we had to wait a bit until all expected meals will be available. Very good location. Due to some problems we had to change our room 2 times. Not critical, by still.

Breakfast is good Room congested

Good location near to Kumkapi village & fish restaurants. It was quite difficult to find as it grew dark and the hotel could be better signed! They should indicate the main street on which it is situated not just the small side street!

Nothing was perfect in this apartment very dirty and smells horrible and toilet smell horrible and broken when to reception to complain about it and nothing was done so I would not recommend anyone going to this hostel Bad place for holiday

I liked the location although that doesn't change much since there are hotels on every corner. I liked that airco was working and actually blowing cold air in our rooms. It was dirty, like disgustingly dirty. Girls are supposed to clean the rooms but they vacuum only the middle of the room and make the bed, they don't mop although you see them walk around with a mop. When we checked in our rooms there were still footprints from previous clients. They don't even change sheets or towels like they should. Matrass is horrible, I had so much pain on my back because it's wasn't straight and I could feel the spirals in the mattress, it was better when I placed 2 blankets on it. First when I walked I the room it stank so badly, smell came from those "one time use" slippers. Smell was acidic, very disgusting. Breakfast - old tomatoes, overcooked eggs or I assume they just boiled the eggs from yesterday again. Coffee machine is disgusting especially from inside, plus I had to always point out what was missing or not working, they don't do it themselves. To be honest I felt like there was no hygiene at all, even some of the people who worked there. I regret that I didn't pay a bit more to have a better hotel.

The hotel is right in Taksim, making it easy to walk to Istiklal Street and other attractions. Rooms are modern and well-kept, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Very welcoming staff who made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Taksim, just a few steps from shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basics we needed. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Perfect choice for exploring Istanbul.
