the employees were helpful, wanting to do their best the air condition was not working effectively. not working great. I stayed for 3 days, 2 day my door key card did not work, I had to go the reception two times and it was not solved, they needed to give me their own spare key card I stayed for three days and they did not change the sheets or even come in to tidy up the room. As I did not use the room a lot, it was not a big problem for me but this is not normal. Every day they need to visit, tidy up the room and they need to change the sheets every second day I believe. the breakfast items were not very well quality

The room was clean and specious enough. It is a very basic hotelroom. Every now and then there was smell of cigarette in the room which was very unpleasant. There is no coffee machine in the room. The mattress was too hard for me.

Everything I needed at a reasonable price. I didn't have breakfast so I don't know about that. The location was good for getting to Das Das where I was attending an event. If you want to travel to any tourist attractions though, it is FAR.

The location has 24/7 reception and is very close to well-known medical centers. The venue does not have parking. Although there is free and paid parking nearby, there are unfriendly dogs patrolling after dark. The room was generally very clean. However, the bathroom fittings were old. I arrived after midnight. The hotel has a non-smoking policy, but my room smelled as if someone had smoked in it all day.

The room smells so good! The stuff is so nice! The view was amazing! They are so helpful At first we didn’t have clean towels but they brought us some!

The reception staff were very polite and friendly, called a taxi for me and gave me some information and advice. They even checked me in 2 hours before the check in time, as I arrived earlier than expected. The hotel and rooms are spacious and look very modern and luxurious. I definitely recommend!

I liked the location The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was dust and even socks left under the couch! I also found kids’ snacks on the top shelf inside the wardrobe. The pillows were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. To make things worse, police officers knocked on the door repeatedly early in the morning, looking for someone. This scared my kids, waking them up and leaving them frightened.
