The location is great. The hotel is a little dated and doesn’t quite look like the photos online. Breakfast could be improved, as the variety was limited and the items weren’t labelled, which made it hard to know what they were. The staff were generally polite, though not always attentive. Each morning the receptionist had videos playing at a noticeable volume while guests were having breakfast nearby, and guests were also expected to clear their own dishes (he could help with that, for example). These things made the experience less comfortable than it could have been.

Great budget stay in the heart of Istanbul! The location and price ratio is probably the best you can imagine — just a 5-minute walk to the very heart of the city. The hotel is small, which is actually a big plus — cozy and quiet. Breakfast was included. It’s very simple and basic, but everything was fresh and tasty — exactly what you need to start the day. There was unlimited access to tea, coffee, and water, which was also a nice touch. The rooms are tiny, yes, but honestly — we weren’t there to sit in the room, we were out exploring the city! It’s perfect for a good night’s sleep after a busy day. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place in the city center, this is definitely the right spot. The staff was super friendly and helpful — they even lent me a phone charger for my entire 4-day stay. Thank you so much! Almost everything was good, apart the smell of nicotine in the corridors

The breakfast spread is excellent, simple and yet healthy and nourishing. Would be great if they can enhance bed/mattress for comfortable rest.

Everything. The hotel is rather small, with small rooms, but has everything that a couple needs. Very close to all major sights, calm and peacefull place. Breakfast decent. Rooms clean and being cleaned every day. Staff very friendly. I recommend this hotel. Nothing special

Property was in an amazing location. There was a lift and breakfast was standard European style. The staff were amazing and were super accommodating and were able to provide early check in and couldn’t help enough with any questions I can. The shower has great pressure and water was so hot during the cold weather. The room was basic and whilst clean, could have done with a good scrub. The noise was standard for accommodation in a bustling city centre and didn’t stop the light sleeper I am from sleeping well. I highly recommend ?

The breakfast was really great in the morning (a huge buffet with lots of options), the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic! Also water, coffee and tea were available for free all day and the shower was great! The rooms were very small and the bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs through the mattress, and a double bed was two twins put together so you could feel the space in between the mattresses.

not really like the bed. the bed is so stiff. there is TV but out of order, breakfast is good, staff is good, location is fairly good, walking distance to sultanahmet station. the bed is just too sickening as the rubber stiff and can feel spring coil. oh dear! please change a new one! it is two single beds that combined into queen bed. the TV is out of order.
