No elevator and the room was on the forth floor. Had to carry my suitcase all alone. On the check out day the reception desk clerk was sleeping on a foldable bed behind it and didn't bother getting up to even collect the key.

None No heater in the winter, smoking smell, bed was not clean, not enough lights in the hallways and room, loud music from a nearby night club, no elevator.

After i complained about the room to the reception, the manager of the hotel gave us the smallest room in the hotel.the stairs are very bad ? and not safe at all for any one.my wife saw a huge rat at the kitchen.

The chiller never worked, the bed is noisy, the toilet is not fixed and have a chance to move. It was a mistake to take this place.

The rooms were not very clean and I had a problem with my radiator in the winter and they had to come and fix it every day.

Good value for money. The location is perfect for a tourist. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. The administrator was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast. The restaurant across the street is top notch. Location was surrounded by loud night clubs that blared music all night. We reserved 2 apartments of two bedrooms each. They ended up giving us only one such apartment and the second apartment they gave us was only one bedroom and they kept promising they will give us the two bedrooms next apartment tomorrow (the tomorrow never came). Whenever asked for room cleaning it wasn’t don’t till whenever the cleaner came (which may not be daily). The electric sockets had live wires exposed. Walls had mold. No elevator and dangerously steep steps, although we knew there was no elevator.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, there are a lot of things that don’t work in the rooms

The room was dirty, with holes in the ceiling and most importantly not cleaned after the previous guests. At my request to clean up or move me to another room, staff refused and did not explain what was happening in any way. Maxim, what I was able to get was clean sheets.
