Nice hotel, good breakfast . My original room was a bit noisy at night due to a club across the street, so the staff kindly gave me a bigger room . Close to mosques

Neat, staff are nice and helpful + the location is perfect Nothing but maybe the view from my room wasn’t that perfect.

I liked the location; it was close to everything. The staff were quite friendly, especially the guys working at breakfast. They were attentive at all times. What I liked least was the cleanliness. Some of the bed sheets were torn and stained. They should provide a separate top sheet in addition to the fitted sheet, because there was only the fitted sheet on the bed and then a blanket directly on top. There was no intermediate sheet to sleep with, and the blankets were a bit rough. The breakfast could also be improved by offering more variety

The location is great while the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Dirty and unclean pillowcases and bed sheets were something I truly did not expect. Cleanliness is the minimum standard that any hotel should maintain. I hope they improve this in the future.

Location is excellent and breakfast was very good Wifi internet was very slow and cleaning of apartment was bad so that the floor was not swept along our 5 day’s stay.

It's my 5th time I booked this hotel.. Everything is fantastic , the receptionist is very friendly and helpful, the room is big enough with comfortable beds, the facilities are good. The most important thing to me is that the hotel is located in a strategic position near the tramway, the metro and marmary also the busses. I recommend this hotel very much. Nothing

The rooms were clean and tidy Hotel location is perfect if you will use public transportation (metro or bus)

Room: No bedside lamp, and our room had a view of a noisy nearby club, making it hard to rest. Bathroom: Extremely small — comparable to a gas station restroom. No hand soap provided, and the towel quality was poor. There was also very little space to store our personal items. Housekeeping: Sheets were not changed unless we specifically asked or complained. Breakfast: Repetitive, same options every day. It was acceptable, but there were no sweets or pastries, which might matter to some. Staff: The night shift staff were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the daytime team needs training on basic customer service, including how to greet and interact with guests more politely. Safety: The area outside is fairly standard for the neighborhood. However, inside the hotel, I had to use the stairs at one point and found they were being used for storage. This raises serious safety concerns — in an emergency, access could be blocked (photos attached).

Location was perfect with everything you need a stones throw away-shops, food, tram and metro. Staff were attentive, especially Mohammed at breakfast. Reception was good a guiding us to sights and places to eat. Shower was excellent. Little variety at breakfast. Room- AC wasn't cool enough, lowest temperature was 23 degrees which was warm and made us hot, especially at night. AC temperature needs to be controlled by the guests. Cleaners did not clean room properly only emptied bins and rubbish and basic clean of bathroom. They should dust, wipe surfaces clean and do bedding properly.

The hotel was fine but nothing special. The location is really good but the area not super nice Breakfast was too limited.

Hotel was well located, near the tram and metro stations, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and rooms were clean.
