Fantastic little hotel in the heart of the old city, staff were nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

The location is great, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very appetizing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a pleasant stay, for sure. Very attentive and nice people work here. Great location, equally close to main attractions and the Bosporus. We like the view to the small cobblestone square with restaurants. Beautiful roof top restaurant for breakfast. Cleanliness was good though not perfect. Hope to revisit soon. It is just a few little issues: - shower: every time water flowing across the bathroom due to limited space and absence of a door in shower cabin with additional wrong incline of the floor - it would be great to have a better floor cleanliness in our room

The view is amazing. The rooms are maintained in good condition. Also, very convenient location. The food was good.

We were very pleasantly surpised by this hotel. It is a cozy place where it is easy to feel at home –not the usual experience with hotels! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional, and the room was everything one needs. The location is exceptional as it is next to all the old historical sites in Sultanahmet. I recommend it wholeheartedly! I really felt we had everything we needed. Perhaps a Nespresso style coffee machine would be a nice addition?

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were exceptional, especially Mr. Sinan and Mr. Ali from Guest Relations, who assisted us whenever we needed guidance on places to visit, transportation, and local recommendations. The breakfast served at the terrace restaurant was amazing, with a great atmosphere and excellent food. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and housekeeping maintained the rooms to a very high standard throughout our stay. Overall, everything was excellent and we have absolutely no complaints. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nothing to mention

The staff of the Triton Hotel were amazing! Friendly, professional and helpful. (Shout out to Tolga!) The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed is very inviting! Walking distance to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Basilica cistern. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Something for everyone . We will definitely stay here again and you should too when visiting Istanbul Not thing. ! It was perfect@

EVERYTHING!!! The Triton is an EXCELLENT choice while visiting Istanbul. Located within easy walking to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern. Many excellent restaurants near by. The staff of the Triton Hotel is one of the best we have experienced anywhere in the world! Professional and extremely friendly and helpful. (Shout out to Tolga!) The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful Something for everyone!l We can not say enough great things about the Triton Hotel. We will stay here again, and encourage you to stay here too during your stay in Istanbul Could not adjust your room heat, but the staff adjusted the temperature so that we were warm.

I booked a 3-night stay at this hotel for my parents during their month-long trip through Europe, and they had a fantastic experience. From the moment they arrived, the service was very nice, and the staff made a great impression with their professionalism and attentiveness. The hotel team was very helpful throughout their stay, ensuring everything was taken care of. They found the room to be spacious, which provided a very comfortable and relaxing environment. My parents also particularly enjoyed the breakfast every morning, which they described as very nice and a great start to their days exploring the city. It is always a relief to know your parents are in good hands, and this hotel certainly delivered on that front. Everything from the staff’s attitude to the quality of the service and the room itself exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul who is looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for looking after my parents so well! Everything was perfect. Staff were overall very kind. Cleanliness was exceptional. Location is the best Istanbul has to offer, rooftop view towards the central mosque, made the delicious breakfast a phenomenal experience. Parking spot made us feel like royalty. 11/10. The only thing we didn’t like was that our stay was too short, should’ve stayed longer.

The hotel is ideally located, with most of major attractions within easy walking distance. The breakfast is excelllent, and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The bathtub is not in the bathroom but in front of the window , and occupied a considerable amount of space, rending it rather impractical. There is no desk in the room . The television does not carry mainstream English language channels

Great location, 10 mins walk to metro station and the mosque, you could see the mosque through the roof of the canteen. Close to many restaurants and shops, but the restaurant nearby is so so. We lived below the canteen, and was woke up around 6:30 am by the noise of the table moving, the pillows are a bit high, but after we told the reception, they changed for lower ones. The breakfast quality is not that good, and the waiter there is always staring at you when you pick the food, very impolite.

Our family loved staying at the lovely hotel Triton. From booking the stay to reaching the hotel, the hotel staff continuously stayed in touch and responded to all queries promptly, regardless of the time of day or night. The property was located at a great location with literally steps away from the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the bazaar. The staff was extremely professional, being available 24 hours to accommodate the guests and were very polite and helpful. We will be coming back to hotel Triton for sure :)
