What impressed us the most was the exceptional kindness and support we received after our departure. We accidentally left our passports at the hotel, and the staff immediately contacted us, kept the documents safe, sent us photos for confirmation, and helped us find a solution to get them back. A special thank you to the manager Gulay and the team for their patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Their assistance went far beyond what we expected and gave us great peace of mind during a stressful situation. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again when visiting Istanbul. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Istanbul. We booked 3 rooms and one of them was with the terrace. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts - they always added some Turkish salads. The location was perfect for exploring the city with the tram stop 2 mins away. The Grand Bazar is around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A lovely experience overall — highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul! The restaurant in the hotel seems overpriced.

We truly loved our stay thanks to the amazing hotel staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. My family and I felt so well cared for. Waleed, Leyla, Yılmaz, Azirz, Zarina,Malik, Mahdi, Daria, and Tuwana – we’ll never forget you! The hotel has a charming, historic feel and is in a perfect location near shops, mosques, and the metro. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The rooms are a bit small, but the balcony and the view of the mosque made up for it. The Smoking!!!

Breakfast is good but it's almost the same every day. Maybe it can be some different daily choice.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a tram station and easy to go to most touristy places like Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque and The Grand Bazaar. A clean hotel with wonderful employees. The ladies who served breakfast were very nice and attentive and also the gentleman at the front desk who upon request he changed our room with a bigger one. Like most hotels in that part of the city it’s not big and a little dated but it has character. Overall it offered a good experience and good value for the money. The street on which the hotel is located is narrow and was hard to navigate for my elderly mother in law .

Good hotel. The location is near the tram station and Grand Bazaar. The hotel is located in very convenience for travel in Istanbul and not in noisy area. Migros supermarket is only just 2 minutes by walk. The room is clean and well kept. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good and delicious. None.

We checked în very early, even served breakfast on the house on the first day. The staff is very friendly, very helpful, they to their best whith attention to details. The location is perfect, the food was good, the terrace is very nice. -
