Beyhan Hotel

Passable

I spent 6 nights in the Beyhan hotel from October 2nd -8th. I really liked everything about the hotel especially the staff. The receptionist Mehmet bei was the best thing in the hotel. He helped us a lot with directions and advice and tickets to another city. He even lent us his Istanbul card for the public transport. For the tourists it is very challenging to get to know or find something in the city, especially in the big city like Istanbul, but with the help of mr. Mehmet we had a wonderful time. Moreover, after checking out we were given some surprises. It was very pleasant. Also, along with Mehmet bei, the location is very nice. 10-15 minutes walking to the main Sultanakhmet square where there are main sights. The room was nice and the breakfast was good too. Our room was cleaned every day. Haven’t seen anything like that.

The manager Mehmet was very friendly and helpful, he advised me on the transport, good places to eat nearby and arranged taxi to airport at a reasonable rate. The Breakfast was basic but very good and clean, young lady in the kitchen was very helpful and made good Omlets for us. The room was cleaned everyday with new sheets and towels. Main tourist sites were close by with tram stop 2min away on the main road, so travelling was made easy and cheap. Great and good price Kebab place nearby, Karadeniz Pide Kebap Lahmacun Yemek Salonu. The room furniture was old BUT they started replacing it after we left. The street to the main road Yenicerilar Cd is a bit steep, so not good for disable people with walking difficulty.

Staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a tram stop, plenty of sites within walking distance, standard continental breakfast, comfy bed, ideal for weekend stay

Excellent! The kitchen staff is always available to replenish the various food for breakfast . You don’t need to ask before is done. I also like the staff friendly relationship with their guest. They are always ready to help. They forget to clean our room for a day. Maybe the cleaner forgot to do so.

hotel is in very strange way treating number of accommodated people - for 5 members family (ordered accomodation) providing 2 doublebed rooms and asking for extra money for matrace for 3rd (7 years) old kid ..

Everything is good staff very friendly only little problem is the shower, very tiny if youre big you wont be able to fit there.

location great, staff friendly, good breakfast and free coffee, value for money more than realistic,you can even ask for an extra bed for only 10 euros per night, if you want a better view through the window look for another place but it will certainly cost you more money the sound insulation is bad and everything else is great...
