I had an issue because I was charged twice, but the staff handled it very professionally. As soon as they realized the mistake, they refunded the money immediately. I especially appreciate Hussien for his kindness and support during my stay. Excellent customer service and hospitality.

The location was incredible — truly just a 3-5 minute walk from the Hagia Sophia, walkable to everything in Sultanahmet with many great restaurants nearby. I loved the cats — several times they followed me into my room for a snuggle, which was perfect since I miss my cats at home! The staff were so nice and sent hot coffee up to us upon arrival. The room (a twin with two beds) was small but perfect for two friends traveling together and the shower was hot with strong water pressure! It’s a very short walk to the metro which will take you to the ferry port. The mattresses could use a topper — I could feel the springs and after a few nights I was really sore. There’s a lot of light coming in from the street that the curtains didn’t block well, so blinds or heavier blackout drapes would have made it easier to sleep.

The location is a excellent and we really enjoyed the staff. They were helpful and fun! I’m not sure if they serve breakfast. It’s not included. However, there is a place a block away that they recommend that we loved - Mesopotamian Breakfast Brunch Cafe.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is amazing, I could go by walk around main spots and restaurants by walk. The room was comfy and the breakfast was delicious!

Helpful staff. Great location. Short walk to main attractions. Warm place with good heating. Good spacious rooms. The staff were helpful in getting the problems sorted but there were a few disappointing parts. The TV didn't work to begin with. The shower was cold-lukewarm temperature and when fixed was still only lukewarm water. The shower leaked everywhere on the last day and the toilet system water started to leak over the toilet too. The washing machine didn't open as the door was broken. We were shown by staff how to open using a butter knife. The bedding could do with an upgrade too. The overall apartment needs some TLC and extra cleaning.

The location couldn't get any more strategic than this. A stone throw away from Sultanahmet mosque & Hagia Sofia. Plenty of shops, restaurants & markets around. Harun the manager was super friendly & kind. Such a young lad too. Not even in his twenties yet but doing such a good job in managing this establishment. Breakfast was great & the view from the rooftop was spectacular. You can even feed the seagulls. I will definitely return again & would specifically ask for Harun to facilitate any of my needs - The hotel is on the small side as do many other hotels that are located in the narrow corners of Sultanahmet. So if size & luxury is not a problem for you & you just need a place to crash, this is definitely a good choice. -The industrial sound in the day from the surroundings may annoy some but as a tourist, you probably won't be spending the rest of the day sitting inside the room anyway. As for the evening, it is as peaceful as it can get. I slept like a baby.

Really good location, 2 min walk from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Very friendly personel (greetings to Harun:)), delicious breakfast in the restaurant on the roof with view on Bosfor and Hagia Sofia. Everyday room was cleaning and new towels.

Very nice and friendly people. Hotel has a good location. Toilet was very smelly, we had to open the windows every time after entering the room, and shower door couldn’t close properly.

Love everything about our stay. Room is decent, it has everything you need, from amenities, hair dryer, mini bar. Great location, walking distance to all museums in the area. Good breakfast. Shout out to Harun, for being great host, very helpful and was very kind letting us to check in early after long haul flight. Definitely we ll be back here, next trip to Istanbul.

Location - perfect Price - ok Breakfast - basic The hotel is called boutique. But unfortunately there was nothing boutique about it. The hotel needs a massive refurbishment. From top to bottom. Bathrooms and bedrooms outdated. Old town and old toilets pipes. Dripping taps. Very thin walls!!

Fantastic pricing. Unbelievable location. Very friendly and attentive hosts and incredibly comfortable establishment to come back too after many many hours of sightseeing and shopping. What else would you want. Very large rooms and facilities that you’d struggle to get anywhere near in terms of pricing at such a location Nothing.
