Location is good and staff was supportive. The property was not as clean as shown in the pictures. The duvet was dirty and even torn in the middle, which was very disappointing. There is ongoing renovation at the property, and the noise can be quite disturbing at times. Most concerning, we found bedbugs in the room, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Considering the price, the property should provide much better service and maintain higher standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Location is perfect, metro and bus station just hundred meters away. Bed is very comfortable as well, quiet for night sleep and room size is adequate. Staff are very accommodating and responsive. Internet is good. Nothing much, it’s fairly good. Bathroom needs a bit of freshening. Cleaning personnel should do routine clean up, although they address any request promptly. Adding breakfast could be perfect.

The heating was hard to get under control. There is a muezzin a few buildings away, so it's a bit loud at sunrise.

A very nice hotel, with very friendly staff. I was on business, so not much expectations. The room was nicely equipped with water heater, coffee and tea, all required amenities were in place that you would expect. It would be nice if they would serve breakfast, However there are multiple restaurants and bakeries that are open in the early morning, so it is not a big challenge to find a place to it within 100m of the hotel

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had a room with jaccuzzi and small terrace. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad, our flights were cancelled, but the staff helped us with extention of our stay and also with arrangement of transfers to the airports next day. We felt very good there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My friend lost the glasses in transfer to the airport, but the receptionist of hotel helped to find them. We really recommend this accommodation. There are many shops around the hotel and also nice places to have good food. nothing, everything was fine.
