Very comfortable room. The rooftop bar and cafe was fantastic. The location was excellent. The price was typical for a euro/american hotel breakfast was $40+..... a mere 30+ if you purchased for every morning. No thanks. We can't eat that much! We think next time we would prefer a more "local" style hotel.

2 staff members were excellent , helpful, friendly and the only smiling staff in the hotel Yassin Smih Location far I had to pay for taxis a huge amount of money

The facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff met me at the door and answered any question I had. The breakfast was varied and fresh. And the restaurant had a good variety and servers were attentive. My room was next door to a room utilized for a conference. So loud talking and rearranging furniture did not allow the rest I hoped for.

The location is very bad far from most of main tourism areas , far from public transportation stations Regarding to the room ; pillows are so bad

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-located. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping and room service were excellent, and the room furniture was of high quality. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Zainab, Ali, and Erene, who made our stay even more pleasant with their warm and friendly attitude. The hotel is located next to a cemetery, which can be seen from the room window; however, this was not a major issue.
