The bathroom was well built, however, it was unclear whether the switch for the fan was working, and the fan's filter was covered in dust. The ceiling of the bathroom had some hints of mold starting, but nothing alarming at the time of the stay.

We found a friendly atmosphere at the hotel, the staff were attentive and friendly, the owner was very kind. Clean and pleasant atmosphere in our room, most importantly there is an elevator and you don't have to carry your suitcase up the stairs by hand. The location is very good, we mostly walked, except for very long distances. I recommend it to everyone

The staff was very attentive, helpful and overall amazing! I traveled with 2 other of my friends, so it was 3 women traveling together. Bilal was superb! He made us feel so comfortable and safe during our stay. He went above and beyond for us. He would text me when we were out and about to make sure we were okay and weren’t having any problems getting around or that we were lost. He always had a treat for us such as fruit, little desserts and small packets of coffee that were different than what were already in our room. That coffee was good ??

It is close to Yenikapi metro, very good location and good service. My family feel so happy with the stay! we will definitely come back again!
