Too good , my second time here and i like it

Location Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ A very bad experience at this hotel! Upon arrival, I was surprised that the rooms I had booked were not provided, and every day they promised to change the room, but nothing happened. The cleanliness was terrible—the rooms were not clean upon check-in, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water for showering throughout my stay, and when I asked about it, no solution was provided. Moreover, the staff only spoke Turkish, which made communication very difficult, and they were not helpful in resolving any issues. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel at all—it was a completely disappointing experience!

The guy at the reception was good and helpful. No blame on him. But the condition of hotel is awful, additionally we couldn’t find this in map and was roaming around half hour in rain drenching myself.

Everything was perfect. I vividly recommend this hotel.

Friendly helpful staff.clean,very responsive to questions/queries. Manager from sister hotel very helpful when dropped by taxi at wrong hotel around the corner guided us to correct hotel .basic room without kettle but spacious room with table chairs tv and good sized bathroom/shower.quite peaceful location right next to main park and cultural locations..lots of places to eat/drink or purchase beverages nearby. No kettle in the room to make your own drinks but they offer hot drinks altho at times was hard to get one so would go to local shop to buy one. Building work going on next door. Didn't start til late morning and didn't go on for too long.

I do not recommend it to anyone. The room I was in was full of mold. There was condensation on the walls. On the second night they moved us to another room - which belonged to a member of the hotel staff. The bed that was there was broken. I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. There were no other beds to change for me. I expect Booking to cooperate and at least refund me the amount for one room

The hotel has an excellent location, right in the main part of the Old City of Istanbul, just a few minutes' walk to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and downtown. It is a good choice for budget travelers or backpackers who want no frills and are not afraid of roughing it. The staff was friendly and the room was big enough for a whole group of people. We traveled as a group of two, but I think it would be a lot of fun to bring a bigger group, especially for young people. As I said before, this hotel is really only a good choice for people who aren't afraid of roughing it. The hotel is 0 frills and not fancy. The room had holes in the wall and ceiling and clearly worn-down and well-used / stained mattresses, pillow cases, sheets, and towels. The bathroom was enormous, and although there was (kind of) a designated area in it for the shower's runoff, it flooded within 30 seconds, with water even running under the door and onto the mat in the main bedroom inside. The hotel management clearly knew about this problem, as they left a large squeegee broom to sweep the water into a makeshift hole in the far corner.

Good location and cheap price, that's the only good thing of the hotel. When I arrived at Elite Plus Family Hotel, the manager said they didn't have rooms and sent me to another hotel (Preferred Hostel). No problem with that. The problem is that the room was quite deficient, humid and the gutters smelled a lot. For the price I paid (28 per night) I could handle it, but bear this in mind when booking this hotel.

Location The smell in room 301 was terrible and made me nauseous. I just tolerated it. Room and experience would be better if there was no smell.

The location of the hotel is very good and close to all facilities, the hotel owner is very nice, The check-in time for the hotel is 2 pm otherwise we arrived at 4 am and we were tired from traveling so they allowed us to enter for free without paying that night. Room service almost every day Clean and good hotel suitable for families I will come back every time I visit Istanbul Nothing

Anyone Wana visit this area don't think to much just book here nice location and near to everything

only the location is perfect! The room was very dirty, the bathroom had a broken shower (in the photos this shower was not there), dirt on the floor, mosquitoes killed in the wall, the cleanliness was terrible. They are also building right across the street and it is very noisy from the morning. I do not recommend it, despite the good location.
