The staff was helpful and nice, and the location is central in the Fatih District. The hotel has its own flaws, but to sum up, it offers a good price-value deal. The walls are paper-thin, if the neighbors close the doors a little bit more forcefully, the building starts to shake. On the other hand, I hold the view that breakfast could be more diverse, since eating the same food for 3 days in a row is not great.

A very good location, the room and the toilets were clean and the staff are well trained to deal with the customers (I came very late and they were waiting for me) the breakfast is good with multiple options..it’s a 10/10 Nothing to mention

I spent 4 nights at the hotel with my wife, and we were both very impressed – an excellent location with even more exceptional staff. They were available 24/7 for literally anything we needed. Before our arrival, I asked the hotel for a small surprise because it was my wife’s birthday. I requested a cake or some little treat to surprise her, and I was expecting maybe a slice of cake or a dessert – but instead, we received a whole cake and a beautifully decorated room, which far exceeded all my expectations. All in all, full praise to the hotel and all the staff – it was an amazing experience.

Mattresses were so firm it was like sleeping on a wooden board.

It was an average quality but fair with the price. The room was a bit too small.

I liked that the location was close to the grand bazarre and other tourist spots. The breakfast was “okay”. Not the best but it was decent.

I've been in this hotel just for a few days and it was a really good experience. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was very nice, thanks to them. They gave me good advice for my trip in Istanbul, they offer tea, coffee to spend a few minutes talking with them. The breakfast was really fine and the restaurant really good. Also, this hotel is very close to the main places you can visit in Istanbul. You can walk to reach mosquees and museums or just take the tramway to go there. I recommend this experience.

I stayed at this hotel in mid-April for four days, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, assisting me with my luggage up and down the stairs. They provided a wealth of information about local activities and hamams, one of which I tried and found to be a five-star experience. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the bazaar (not the Egyptian Spice Market side, but the other side). The tram stop is also only 4-5 minutes away, offering easy access to the Blue Mosque and many other tourist hotspots. My room was comfortable, ensuring I got a good night's sleep, and the staff were always responsive to any requests I had. The hotel serves a delightful breakfast and has a charming café area. I genuinely have no negative comments about this place; both the hotel and the staff were amazing. The only minor issue was the very thin walls or possibly the very loud baby next door, so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Stay was good and the Receptionist Sinan was very really Helpful. He helped us to order food and get a cab to SAW Airport. He allowed us to keep some of our luggage's as we will be back after 3 days for another stay. Overall it was great. One room we stayed was having bit congested bathroom rest all were good.
