Erenler Hostel & Hotel

I liked that the room I was in had great AC and no bunk beds (3 bed female dorm). Great location right by the train station (made it easy coming from SAW) and tourist sites. Large shower is separate from the room and the toilets so never had to wait. Only there one night for a long layover.

The staff were helpful and very considerate. When I was out late and ran the doorbell they came right away to let me in. It’s in an amazing location. Directly beside a huge park and very close to the water. I was supposed to stay in the hostel dorm but they let me have my own room which I appreciated

Owner greeted me by name as I arrived- very friendly . I slept in the female dorm for 2 nights , ended up having the room to myself as no others had checked in . Very calm hostel in the center next to all the major visiting sites- everything very clean and had a kettle in a side room if you want to make tea.

The hotel was in walking distance from most of the key locations. We did not need to take the subway or tram throughout our stay because everything was close by. The owner was also very chill and nice. The building and room were quite run down. The room was very basis as well. You get what you pay for. We were prepared for this though.

The hotel was in the center of the city with the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia within walking distances so it was nice to come and go to our hotel as many times during the day especially to avoid the strong sun. The hotel was cute and quaint with shared bathrooms. Definitely recommend for backpackers or solo travelers looking for a budget place to stay in the heart of the city with the tram right across the street. The owner was nice and very helpful, no hassle and created a stress free environment.

Good location, great value, comfy room with sink Communal bathroom was freezing cold and window could not be closed

I got the small single room and there was all you need for a comfortable stay. There is not any common area where to rest a bit and socialize with other persons.

The room is simple, but comfortable. I liked having a sink in it. Bathroom was a bit far from the room. No access to fridge or kettle.

Staff super friendly, clean and big shower, comfortable beds, great location Just missing a small kitchen / refrigerator area
