Every thing Nothing

The breakfast was fine. The coffee machine is slow and the staff insists on making you coffee. This creates a great mess and fuss in the morning because the space is small. The food is tasty. I did not like the dishonesty of the staff member at the reception. We booked and paid for a 18m square room and they gave us a smaller one and hoped we would not notice. We paid for everything by card - the receptionist copied the amount I showed him on my booking account - he never checked anything on his computer. Even though we asked for the invoice 3 times - we got 3 invoices that have NOTHING to do with the amount we had actually paid. Clearly, they are avoiding taxes and lying to us about it. The overall feel in the hotel is that you will be taken for a drive. They do not go over and beyond to fulfill your request but they do go over and beyond in trying to trick you. I had problems with arranging and paying for the transport to and from the airport - the problem is that they don't understand English well and really don't try their best to clear whether they understood what you had asked of them. The transfer has to be paid in cash. They changed the amount we had to pay, a couple of times. The rooms are clean and nice and you cannot hear the people upstairs but if you are lucky enough to have a party of 4 drunk people next door or a crying newborn - you will hear everything. If you feel comfortable dealing with dishonesty, I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Breakfast area too small, but food was good, semi-local. Not a large selection, but good enough. Staff was too polite for our taste, but not really a con.

Location is great. The room is clean. You can tell it is a well-designed hotel. Our room is toward the small atrium of the building. No natural light

One of the managers recommended an expensive restaurant on the first day and hard-sells it to my parents. My partner and I joined my parents on the second day. The dinner for the four of us ended up being cheaper than the meal the two of them had.

Close to all the touristic attractions . The cleanliness is top notch , all the staff are friendly and helpful especially Mr Mehmet from reception the fact that he can speak arabic made our stay way smoother , Umit and Salma as well . Nothing
