The hotel was located near the touristic part of Istambul and I could do the main atractions by walk. There were also nearby tram and bus stops. The hotel was quite confortable, clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was not so friendly as I expected. They answered all my questions but in a very straightforward way. Even the location was central for the touristic atractions and with many shops I did not think it is a good choice for people looking for an active night life. I did not see many bars or nightclubs nearby and I also did not feel safety to walk in the region alone during the nights (during the day it was totally okay). When I needed to go out in the night in used taxis.

the staff was very helpful and polite, breakfast was good and location pretty close from marmaray, metro, tram and bus stops. people next to our room smoked inside of the room, and our room got a bit smelly.

The hotel is very close to the main tourist destinations and transport stations. The staff are incredible, especially the reseption administrator who works in the mornings.

It was our second experience with Fimka Hotel. The first time, two years ago, we stayed as a big family — even with our cat — and everything was wonderful. The staff were especially outstanding: polite, responsive, and genuinely friendly, always ready to help. This time, I booked a stay for my parents, and they were very happy with their experience as well. Thank you, Fimka team — you are doing an amazing job! Everything met our expectations.

Location was good and rooms were big internet good The equipment in the room was very old, and the cleanliness was very poor — there was even a bad smell in the room, and I noticed insects inside as well. The walls are not soundproof at all; you can clearly hear noise from other rooms, even when guests use the toilet or talk on the phone. The telephone in the room was not working, so it was impossible to contact reception. Additionally, the staff’s English skills were very limited, and communication was quite difficult as they only partially understood what I was saying

The location is good and easy to access the markets and most stores in the Fatih area. The blanket provided was not thick enough for the cold in the night.

The location was good There was dust in the room especially bathroom on the showers and other metals. I couldnt shower the night before and early morning because the water was so called and when I asked, they said they couldnt help cause of something was going on. So, traveled without showering?

Easy and convenient place near tu the tram/bus 2days not hot water few times informed the staff but still the same. Housekeeping very bad...bed sheet for 5days 4night not change...

The breakfast is good The lift is very bad and is always out of service, and the receptionist is rude. Also, there is a building work that goes on till 12 am, so the noise is very bad you can not sleep
