Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff also were very polite and professional. All went beyond my expectation.

Wonderful place, clean, very polite staff, fully renovated in the heart of Istanbul’s bustling Besiktas. A lot of eating places and bars not more than 100-200 meters away. Will definitely come back. Thank you for making my stay magical.

Convenient location 2 min walk from the Havaist bus stop from the airport and near restaurants, esp. yummy kahvalti restaurants for breakfast. Nearby buses for trips throughout Istanbul. Five minutes from the ferries to the Asian side. Room was large, had a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and wonderful hot shower with great water pressure. Could be really noisy due to the clubs out right outside the door. I asked for a room on the 2nd floor and in the back and it was perfectly silent. Be aware there are plenty of steps both up to the reception and then to the elevator and to the rooms.

Room was spacious and fresh. All amenities in good condition Had a restful stay Entrance you have to carry luggage up one set of stairs. Can be loud over weekend with bars around.

The room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, well maintained and clean. Despite being located on a party street, with the windows closed the outside noise did not penetrate into the room. No vehicle access - the hotel is located on a pedestrian only street. No breakfast included and no decent breakfast options in the immediate neighbourhood. No laundry service. The pillows were all hard and thick and so entirely unusable for a back sleeper. Temperature control panel in the room is for informational purposes only. Controls are disabled and controlled centrally by the front desk - a clear indication that the hotel considers its guests incompetent or untrustworthy to allow them access to these controls. The blanket that came with the room was a nice 10cm thick duvet which was way too thick for the 22 degrees setting. I have requested the temperature to be lowered to 18 degrees which they did, however the room certainly did not get chilled down as much. They offered a thinner blanket which I gladly accepted. I received some rug of the same type of fabric and thickness as the floor bathroom towels. Considering the high quality of everything in the room, I expected a good quality, thin summer duvet. Unless the hotel allows its guests to manage their own in-room temperature settings and provide quality blankets appropriate for the season, I would not recommend this hotel.

I liked how clean the apartment/room was. Everything was so comfortable, easy to handle. Staff was helpful. Location is literally in the heart of Beşiktaş. Only downside I'd say is the music/noise is quite loud, even in late hours of night. And I believe it should be totally expected. It's the heart of Istanbul, where the life is going on 24/7.

The suite was incredible, and the receptionist was very friendly. I felt like a queen. Everything was spotless. The only problem was that I couldn't sleep last night because it was too hot in the room. There's a bar across the street, so opening the window was a challenge, and the air conditioning didn't cool properly. But the suite is beautiful, and the privacy of the place is a 10

Location is spot on with a lot of attractions around I.e. restaurants, shooting spots, bars etc…. A bit tight but ok for couple and solo traveler looking to have fun in Besiktas areas.
