Global 2022 Hotel

Very comfortable, relaxing, clean, modern, and exceptional in every way hotel managed by a very friendly and helpful family. Everything is new and works great! Rooms are really non-smoking and very quiet. Closed doors have no slits around them, so the air from the hallway doesn't come in. The street is not busy at all. Windows that face it have a nice view to the old beautiful building across the street, closed Greek orthodox church. Refrigerator and kettle in the room make easy to put together your own breakfast or any other meal. You can take it to the roof terrace with tables and wonderful view of the church, city roofs and the sea with the islands. There are also varieties of cafes and restaurants nearby. Regular room service is every 3 days which was perfect for us. Location is great- it is in the city center in a 5 min walk to metro station. Technically, you can walk from the hotel to the major mosques in the city in about 20-25 min, but this walk is up the hill on narrow busy streets. A much more enjoyable walk on the broad and not crowded embankment along the sea can take you in the small long park in 10 min, and to to the central point of the city where three waterways meet in 40 min. Views of the city & islands on this walk are spectacular! A pedestrian bridge across the road to the embankment is located near metro station, and it has an elevator. Would be nice to put a rubber mat in the shower because marble floor is slippery when wet. I usually use two standard pillows for sleeping but these ones were thicker than usual so one was not enough for me, and two were too much. I believe it wouldn’t be a problem for the majority of guests.

The best hotel to stay in Istanbul. Amazing location to explore the city, best value for money, and what is the most important thing - the most helpful and supportive staff I have ever met, what is the crucial for Istanbul. Highly recommended.

Staff was especially helpful, and rooms were very clean with comfy bedding.

Location is great. Super clean and Kaya is great. Hot water temperature is not consistent while showering.

Very nice location. Amazing view from the window. Towels and bed linens are clean and fresh. Staff is friendly and kind. I would love to return here!

The staff was super nice and attentive. It is well located and close to restaurants and the touristic attractions. Good value for what you spend. The facilities would need to be renovated a little.

The breakfast could have been better since for 3 days it was the same menu.

the location was awesome next to everything (sultan ahmet, aya Sofia, grand bazar, misir bazar and Galata tower and the rooms are clean and comfortable the staff Ibrahim and Ahmet were awesome I will decently recommend this hotel and the lady who cleans she is so welcoming us and they best 5 stars for everything

The Hotel is very clean, everything looks new and located in the heart of Istanbul. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. I 'm delighted to have stayed in Hotel Global 2022.

There is still some construction work going on since they opened up recently, you may be woken up a bit early. The beds could use a bit more bed sheets. We had a balcony in the room, which would be a huge plus... if the construction on it was finished. But all in all very negligible cons compared to what is offered for the price.

100% recommended. Kaya and Ahmet are amazing hosts, we stayed there for 7 nights and there’s nothing I can complain about because they truly know the meaning of hospitality. They also have a lift which is very convenient especially since I was traveling with my mother (who they took great care of). The location is great, 15 minutes walk to Sultanahmet or you can take a taxi from right outside. There are great Pakistani restaurants in the adjacent street too. Don’t even think, just book them!

absolutely satisfied and more that we decided to extend our stay at the hotel for more days. The location is perfect near to shops and spots. Ahmet is amazing, very courteous always available and 100% in his service. He was always helpful even from prior to the arrival or when we arrived at the airport. All the staff were helpful also the lady who keeps the housekeeping and one more receptionist (His name starts with K? and es tall). set breakfast was yummy more than enough. Rooms were always clean and enough for a comfortable stay. Good for families, we had a baby with us and it had a lift. Tours were available and they always help you for transportation like booking of taxis and food recommendations. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and be back for the future. None
