It was clean enough for me to rest after earthquake;) I arrived to soon but they gave me the key and it’s wonderful My room was not Soundproof and just in-front of main street

Good value of money..small studio The staff doesn't speak English all of them !! So the communication is very poor, when you ask for something it's need Google translate and about 10 to 15 minutes to understand you....the flush in bathroom is not working....there is small kitchen but without plate or cooker...there is no parking in the hotel so you should park in the street and some time far away from it especially if you come at night.... three stars is enough for it and may be only 2.

It’s clean nice apartment with welcoming stuff. I arrived around 7.30am and was sure I needed to wait my check in time but reception guy was so friendly and give me room in 20 min. Thanks a lot for it. I was very tired from my long flights. Little bit far from city center. For me it was not important , I had meetings in same district but if you are tourists, probably it would be far for you

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I want to give a special mention to Furkan and Orhan, who were extremely professional and took care of all my needs on a daily basis. Their dedication and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and memorable. The room was very spacious and impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities. Despite the hotel's proximity to the main road, I experienced no problems or disturbances during my stay, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The only minor issue was the parking, which could be a bit of an annoyance. However, they were always ready to assist whenever needed, making sure that it never became a significant problem. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The excellent service provided by Guest Suites truly stood out and made a lasting impression. I would definitely stay here again.

Good decoration cigarette burns everywhere, smell of cigarettes everywhere One of the reception guys have 0 manners, some kind of frustrated police, every time you enter the place he will ask you your room number, your door key and he don't speak English so you will have to try to understand what he wants or just simple accept some rudeness

it’s really clean. and the staff was very helping and welcoming. metro’s are not very close to the property. Public transport is a bit difficult to find around. few bus stations are close.
