Honestly, nothing. The hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or customer service. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was below acceptable standards, and the bathroom was extremely uncomfortable to use due to its poor layout and condition. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful when issues were raised. The most frustrating part was being accused of damaging a towel and being charged an unfair penalty after checkout. The towel was used normally, and the charge felt like an excuse to take extra money from guests. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the hotel seemed more interested in finding reasons to impose additional fees. I strongly dispute the charge and found the entire situation dishonest and disappointing. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location and breakfast Some rooms were small

Fantastic location, in the middle of the old town aka Constantinople, walking distance to the public transport. Very good breakfast. Really nice and helpful staff. Bit noisy due to the location.

Decent breakfast, good location, staff is okay! ?? Walls are not soundproof, we slept with a lot of noises everywhere, top and sides. If you are a light sleeper, be aware.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Room Conditions and Request for Refund Dear Booking.com Support, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a room I booked recently. When I arrived, the room had a strong smell of humidity and mold. The bathroom had visible rust, the towels were old and worn out, and there were several holes in the floor that could allow insects to enter. Because the room conditions were unacceptable and completely different from what was shown in the photos on Booking.com, I left the room within half an hour. I checked in before 12:00, so I was well within the allowed time to request assistance or a change. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide any compensation or refund, even though I did not stay in the room. My feedback does not appear to have been considered on the Booking.com platform as well. For these reasons, I kindly request a full refund and proper action to be taken regarding the misleading information provided about this property. -location is amazing, 4 mins to metro Venicilar Station(flat pathway) and 7-8 mins to/from tram Aksaray Station(hilly pathway). Plenty of restaurants and small market to buy groceries. -welcome fruit plate upon arrival. -staff allows to store luggage for awhile after check-out. Staff available for late night check-in too. -sitting areas in the lobby are comfortable and plenty -room are not that big but bigger than what I have expected. Have enough space to pray. Bathroom and toilet area are quite big too. Super Queen bed are comfortable. Amenities except toothbrushes are provided. -buffet breakfast provided mostly on Turkish or middle east dishes, but as Asian people, we can still enjoy most of the meals. Plenty of choices of hot drinks and juices. -view once step out from hotel are lovely with mosque in front of the hotel. -the receptionist/staffs could smile more to guests.

Thanks a lot fo Mr. Malik and for all the Staff for their cooperation which made our Stay more comfortable and pleasant. Rooms are clean, beds are tidy and neat.The location is near to public transportation and close to many Shops,Restaurants, and parks. The breakfast was great and generous.IN GENERAL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

The main issue with this property is that it is a bathroom - as you can see in the photos, the shower is full of mold and dust. I do not recommend booking this hotel. Beds are not comfortable - old and used mattresses.

The sheets are so clean and smell very good, the breakfast was so good and there was plenty of options, the workers are very helpful, everything is close to the hotel, good wifi, definitely coming back.

Large and spatial rooms for that price next to Univercity subway, great location if you like tourist area of Fatih, though for more reasonable prices. The room was silent, no issue with noise. Everything was fine

staff were very helpful and friendly. breakfast buffet was good. Early check in and access the breakfast buffet in my first day. it was a bit expensive for a small room. The shower needs to be fixed. The room wasn't clean enough.

After we found ants in one of the beds; the admin refuses to give us alternative room.

I chose the hotel for the following reasons: - Good location near public transport to most attractions - High note 8+ - Discount almost 50% for the single room 1. The hotel is rather run down. The room needs a face lift badly 2. The Wifi is one of the worst: almost like modem 64K in the 90's. The manager did tell me that they are upgrading the Wifi 3. The room is quite small 4. The TV has no channel in English, French, German...

The cleaning lady was really nice and did a great job. Breakfast was ok for a budget hotel. The receptionist, especially the evening shift were terrible. He was grumpy and didn't even bother to raise their head to respond when we said hi to him on several occasions. The room was old and too small, much smaller than what it looks in the pictures.
