Excellent location and good facilities Difficult access for cars

Really helpful staff. Great coffee Good selection at breakfast. Reasonably priced. Clean The hill to get there was tough with luggage. Taxi could not drive us to the door due to pedestrian only streets during certain hours

Location, Services, people, breakfast- everything was top class. All hotel staff were amazing, sweet and friendly. We enjoyed the stay and will stay there again when we visit Istanbul next year. Nothing ?

Location and hospitality

The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a short stay. I also appreciated the design and overall atmosphere—it felt welcoming after a long travel day. Quite far from the airport, so I recommend doing your research before booking.

Outstanding. We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. All our requests were promptly fulfilled, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, even matters outside their official services. Their generosity and warm hospitality truly made our stay exceptional. If it were possible to give a higher rating, we would definitely do so. Nothing

THE SIZE OF THE ROOM AND THE PRICE OF THE ROOM
-
Location, clean, quiet place Sleeping pillows & bed cover need to be replaced with new one.

Location. Breakfast included. Location. Because taxis, transportation in general can’t ride there due to street blocking by police. That street from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm is not good to get a ride. Walking it’s perfect.

Good breakfast.

This is a nice little hotel that is very centrally located - only a 10-15 minute walk to everything. The included breakfast is a nice perk too, with a good selection of North American and European items. Most reviews don’t seem to tell you that TAXIS CANNOT GET TO THE HOTEL. They will drop you off two streets over at the bottom of a hill and you have to lug your bags across cobblestones and up a steep hill to get there. Similarly when you leave you have ti meet your taxi around the corner in another street - once again forcing you to drag your bags down the hill to that spot. If you stay here - save yourself the hassle and arrange the transportation with the hotel directly. The private transport “vans” are granted access and can drop you off and pick you up. It’s a little pricier - but totally worth it. We did it from the airport and it was a breeze, but not in departure and it was a nightmare. Also - it’s true that taxis will try to scam you. They’ll quote a price to you on pick up and then change the amount on arrival. Make sure u get out of the cab quickly and grab your bags so he can’t hold you hostage for the price he’s trying to extort from you! They tried that with us and several others we spoke to on our cruise. Just keep asserting the price originally quoted and that’s all you give.

During the day, the taxis are not allowed in the area.the taxi will drop you on the outer street and you would have to drag all your luggage to the hotel.

The proximity to a lot of the history of Istanbul The room was very small, barely enough room to walk between the wall and the bed

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. They welcomed us with a smile as we arrived and were very accommodating to our needs. I forgot the name of the person at the reception but that person promptly checked us in to our room. We arrived earlier just before 12pm and they were able to give us a room right away. They even allowed us a later check out the next day which was very nice of them. The breakfast was decent. The location of the hotel is ideal. It was very close to the metro, Sultan Ahmet area, Blue mosque, grand bazaar, spice bazaar and a lot of restaurants. Area in itself is very safe and nice neighbourhood you can walk around even at night time with no issues. The only thing I would mention is that even though the hotel has been renovated, the room didn’t have c cable charging ports or ports for 110V Highly recommend staying here is you’re visiting Istanbul area. The hotel is on the steep incline so those who are not able to walk much or climb can find it challenging to get to the hotel
