The decoration is fantastic however the rooms are less level than the lobby and corridor level which is a little disappointing. The staff was good, especially the breakfast team. In general, it was fine but not a wow experience.

It was summertime and the AC functioned as a fan only. I informed the staff, they tried to fix it but couldn't, so they offered me another room with a functioning AC. I declined because I didn't want to pack and move in again. They really should service their ACs as it's an extremely important factor for a comfortable stay.

Decent budget hotel and it is fairly nearby to various places (mall, metro, and convenient store). Breakfast provided in the morning is decent enough. Room was as advertised. Breakfast could offer better variety.

The price and cleanliness make up for the shortcomings of this hotel, and being situated not too far from the metro allows for travel across the city into better areas. The breakfast choice was limited, nothing to scoff at quality-wise. The area isn't really walkable, and one should keep an eye out when being near the roads that consistently have traffic.

I had a wonderful stay at HAN Hotel. The hotel is very neat, clean, and calm, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. It’s located very close to a bus stop, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff was extremely nice and cooperative. Whenever I needed something, they provided it without delay, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options—one of the best I’ve had in a hotel! The area around the hotel is also quite pleasant, with small markets nearby for any quick shopping or essentials. If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely prefer staying at HAN Hotel again. Highly recommended! I liked everything during my stay.

The Han Hotel is clean, safe, the staff are nice and the price is way too low! Walking distance to a huge mall with a Migros. Walking distance to the Doğu Sanayi metro stop. If you’re on a budget, I highly recommend it. The coffee could be better (it is instant)

Since we are from Pakistan the breakfast was not according to our taste. Also breakfast was served cold. Only boiled eggs were hot. Bread slices also not available. Location is also not good as this hotel is far away from any tourist attractions. Location was bad as it was far away from tourist attractions. Break fast was also average.

24h reception Far away from old city. Poor breakfast, no kittle at the room or in common kitchen on the floor. Poor lighting in the rooms.

I didn’t like how outdated the hotel was. The rooms m, fitness center and hotel in general needs a renovation. The breakfast was also not very good.
