Location was excellent to explore the ancient city. I did all of this on foot and the tram was quite close too. Breakfast was plenty and perfect to start each new day. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Sofia the resident cat was adorable!

A wonderful hotel! It is located in a beautiful area on a quiet street. The room itself is spacious, and can’t forget to mention the bathroom, it’s fantastic, very comfortable! The mattress is great, the bed linens are clean, and the room is cleaned daily. Breakfast offers everything you could need: eggs, sausages, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, olives, fruits, pastries, juices, and coffee. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. If I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here!

Just the Reception staff and the location No available parking for a start. The other thing is the room looks nothing like the pictures in booking and it needs a massive renovation work.

I liked everything, especially the wonderful behavior of the staff I advise you to try the hotel without thinking, I will come back to you again There was no part that I did not like

Breakfast was a little haphazard. Regularly ran out of bread which entailed a going outside presumably to a shop to get more bread. Shortage of some items which were brought when asked, although sometimes there was no staff around. Generally the space was pretty limited everywhere.

I liked quite a few things so I will do my best to be concise and helpful! I will start by saying that I think that at the end of the day, how one is treated when lodging during travel, is almost as important as the accommodation itself. That said, the owner and staff at Hotellino Istanbul are exemplary individuals. They are professional, friendly, warm and caring beyond what is expected. They are attentive to the needs of guests and the staff did their best to ensure my safety and comfort. They were happy to answer questions about attractions, travel/transport, restaurants, make bookings and even cancel bookings :). Guest relations helped me navigate local details about the city, (where to get local goods for example), and even offered advice about making fair exchanges with locals so you don't fall victim to those infamous 'tourist traps'. They are also knowledgeable about the area which is helpful. Especially, when navigating a populated and popular city such as Istanbul. The team at this little gem seem to genuinely care about their guests and they demonstrate it! Breakfast is fresh and healthy, and the kitchen provides a variety of tasty items. Did I mention the cute and quaint space? :) The room was quiet, updated, clean and well kept. I had plenty of room for my things and myself! :) The bedding and bathroom were also clean. Bonus...! A fantastic location close to some of the most rich attractions in the city! I walked a lot which was a great way to take the city in and get my exercise! :) The best part is before you hit the streets, you get to talk to Guest Services and get some travel and local tips to enhance your stay while sipping on great coffee! (If you so choose!) :) (What else can one ask for?) :) Thank you team (especially Igor) at Hotellino Istanbul!! Although I have zero complaints, I suppose something that could make the stay even more comfortable (for some), is a slightly earlier breakfast time. You know, for those early risers! :)
